Zippo Jack Daniel's Lighters

Absolutely amazing, great for smokers and non smokers I would say, looks great on shelves and is small enough to easily fit in any pocket and be hidden. Important: YOU HAVE TO FILL IT WITH FUEL YOURSELF

Two classics! Zippo and Jack Daniels. Zippo is always top-notch so I don’t feel I need to review that aspect. The Jack label on this thing, as you can see in the pic, is incredible raised metal. I don’t know how it’s made whether it’s stamped, poured, cut, etc. I don’t know. But I do know that it adds weight to this light that makes it feel solid and rich in your hand. I replaced the insides with a Zippo butane two-torch insert. It’s a must have for cigars and it’s always the talk on the golf course or the back deck or the poker game etc. my son bought it for me one Father’s Day. This past year I lost it after a father’s day golf outing. I immediately made this purchase. Not so much because I didn’t want him to know but more so because I didn’t want to be without it. A coupe days later he said “hey dad, I found your lighter in my truck”. So, I’m saving this one for his first Father’s Day.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my brother, who is a collector, and he absolutely loved it. It arrived well-packaged in Zippo’s official box, which added a nice touch to the presentation. I really liked it myself—it looks great and feels premium. I can’t comment on its functional performance since neither my brother nor I have used it; it’s meant for his collection. However, being a Zippo product, I believe the quality would live up to their usual standards. Overall, it’s a great gift for collectors, featuring a beautiful and classic design.

Good looking lighter, for the bar. Let me start by saying that I have a few Zippos and have gone through quite a few. Zippo is known for it's reliability, and toughness. Also comes with a lifetime warranty. Just like any Zippo it works, works and then works some more, without exceptions. There are no if's or maybes when it comes to Zippo lighters. I like them for their durability, reliability and being able to light and retain a light in a surprisingly windy weather. And naturally also liking Jack's I bought it and it looks great. One thin to consider before buying it. Before you go ahead and buy it, just be warned that those plates on the front with the deep engraving are glued to the actual lighter and do add some weight (no they won't eventually fall off.) For those of you who have owned different types of Zippos and are used to the regular Zippo weight this might add some, not much but it's noticeable with you hold Jack's in one hand and a regular Zippo in the other. Operation: To use first it must be fueled (Zippo lighter fluid recommended, others tend to be dirtier and burn with more fumes and lower temperature flame.) To fuel it, open the cap, and pull the insert lighter out of the shell. Lift up the tab (that says "lift up" on it, of course) then Pour Zippo lighter fluid in the lighter until reasonably moist (you will have to get used to the amount needed.) After fueling reinsert back into the shell, strike, and you have a lit lighter. (Just as a side note, lifting the tab is really not required. You can just pour Lighter fluid through the whole in it. It works just as fine, but the reason it is lifted is that it is easier to see when it's full before it starts dripping through the wick. To replace the flint is pretty easy. Remove the insert from the case and unscrew the screw on the very bottom. If there is a small amount of flint left, remove it and add a new one. Put back the screw tightly and reassemble. To make sure you never run out and aren't able to use you're lighter just carry one under the tab that is typically lifted for fueling. After a while you may need to pull your wick, and eventually even replace it, but I'm sure you can find out how to do that on youtube.

This zippo is polished brass, with the jack daniels emblem stuck on #1 misconception about these emblem zippos, they might look like the design is engraved on the zippo, but it is actually just a polished brass zippo with a metal emblem glued on, so in this case, the jack daniels logo is a metal engraved peice of metal thats glued onto the lighter, its quite obvious in real life nevertheless, it's still a great lighter, the emblem is quite weighty, so dont expect it to stand up by itself or the lightest breeze will knock it over Also the insert on the inside that contains the actual lighter mechanism is brass, so its a cool match. Tip: take the insert and switch it with a lighter that uses a chrome insert and it will have nice contrast Overall, the glue seems to be some sort of epoxy, strong stuff, so its pretty durable, just dont try to hit the emblem off. Nice gift for any smoker/non smoker/ dad

I own 4 Zippos, and this is the best one. It's sturdy and well made, heavier than my other lighters and it looks cool 😎. Many compliments on this one, would be a great gift that you'd be proud to give to someone.

Mein Mann war und ist begeistert. Mann muss nur etwas vorsichtig mit umgehen, da sich die Beschriftung etwas "abwetzt", durch das rein und raus aus der Tasche. Aber ansonsten einfach nur edel.
