I have been taking this supplement for years, I continue to have optimal cholesterol levels. In fact I have high hdls! I am nearly 62 and I am in exceptional health. Great product with no after taste.
I have used this for 2 pregnancies now and love how there is no fishy taste or smell after taking it. No upset stomach or indigestion problems at all, unlike other fish oil products which is a wonderful bonus.The only thing I dislike is how big the capsules are, but got used to it after a while.
