A: Packed in the USA. Product of USA, Egipt, Turkey, and India. No taste, no aroma just like hay :(((

**Q: Gluten free?**
A: The package does not specifically indicate that it is gluten free. The only ingredient listed is dried fenugreek leaves...I know that doesn't necessarily mean its gluten free just an FYI.

**Q: How do you remove the stems?**
A: In Persian cooking, I just add a tablespoon or two to my recipe and it cooks right in, I also use the fenugreek seeds, gives a yummy taste and aroma.

A: A quick googling to your question: "Fenugreek is an herb similar to clover that is native to the Mediterranean region.... The seeds are used in cooking, to make medicine, or to hide the taste of other medicine. Fenugreek seeds smell and taste somewhat like maple syrup.
