So, first of all, I never write reviews of products. However, this has really surprised me!! I’m only in my 4th week, but I’ve had such great results I had to share.I’ve been having a lot of trouble in the past 2 years with overeating and snacking - a combination of stress and feeling super hungry all the time. I’ve gradually put on about 30 pounds because of it. I heard about this supplement so I started taking it at the end of June. It’s good to note that I am not really a supplement/health and wellness girlie, so I have never taken any kind of supplements before. The first week I had some minor stomach pain, but nothing crazy. Noticed I felt less bloated but no weight loss on the scale. Second week same thing. I thought I noticed a slight decrease in my cravings for snacks throughout the day, but looking back I think it was a placebo. I started to get discouraged since a lot of what I saw on tiktok people were already losing weight in the first 2 weeks.I’m glad I didn’t give up because the third week is when it really started working. I noticed my cravings were gone and I didn’t need to eat as big of meals to feel satisfied. I’ve always needed to eat 3 full meals in addition to snacks during the day - now I eat a small breakfast or none at all, medium sized lunch, and either a medium or small dinner. When I go out to eat, I usually can no longer finish the portions of food!As for numbers on the scale, I started at about 198.5 and this morning I was at 193.5. Those pounds all really dropped off during the third-fourth weeks, so I’m excited to see how much more I can do. I take this pill twice a day, 30 mins before breakfast and 30 mins before dinner. Definitely don’t take it without either food in your stomach or food going in soon. I did that once accidentally and I did get a little sick. Super greasy foods don’t really sit well with this one either!End of Bottle Update: So, I finished the bottle! Got down to 185! 👍

I’ve just started this brand of Berberine and so far I really like it. Berberine is an appetite suppressant and so far I can tell you it has helped me.

Low Iron Beware
Great product very effective but if you have very low iron Berberine can affect iron absorption, potentially leading to deficiencies with prolonged use. While berberine can inhibit iron absorption, it also demonstrates a capacity to reduce iron toxicity and chelate excess iron in the body.

IT WORKS!
I am really loving this supplement! I had not heard of it before and now am telling everyone about it and how it has worked for me. I started taking this after reaching out to my doctor to see if I should start this while on other medications. Not only did she say it was okay for me to take but thanked me because she saw the overall effectiveness of this supplement in her research and she had also not really heard much about it before.I started this product about 4 1/2 weeks ago with the hopes of having better craving control, keeping blood sugar levels lower, maybe some additional help with cholesterol, but really with a low-level hope of some "over-time" weight loss. I have yet to have my cholesterol or blood sugars checked, BUT I have lost 9 pounds since my start with this supplement! I noticed first (maybe in my 2nd week) not craving a sugary/sweet treat after my meals. Then I realized I was getting full quicker and sometimes not even wanting to finish a meal (unheard of!). After some time, I finally stepped on a scale and couldn't believe that I was down about 6 pounds and from there it just kept coming off.I am truly shocked in the best way and am looking forward to keeping up the better habits, alongside taking this supplement. Of course, I have to mention that this is so affordable compared to what is out there these days and it really works!
