I love this!!
I read all the negative reviews and I have to disagree. I love this chopper, however, it is small, like some said, but you should know that beforehand. It is for small jobs, if you have a big chopping job, get a bigger chopper. This is great for a quick chopping job. Easy to clean and does everything the advertisement says. It is pretty sturdy, also. I am very happy with my Nutrichopper ... don't let all the negative reviews keep you from buying. For the money, it's great!

Works surprisingly well
We have the bigger one of these, same company. I, as a male, was like, OH great, another gimmicky tool that has no place to go. Wrong. I have had to cut vegetables a few times, started to to get the cutting board out...looking for a knife and then remembered this one was down there somewhere. Got it out...put it together...carefully... and you are done in about a minute instead of 5 to minutes of chopping... Now for cleaning... There's the rub. FIRST, do NOT touch the cutting piece...on the cutting side and that can be hard to tell occasionally. I mean that thing is sharp like cut you sharp and you don't even feel it until you see the blood sharp... So, be careful. Get the stuff off the cutting piece (metal) or it won't come off in the dishwasher. Use something or make sure you are on the back of the bladed side. Take the end of your knife and quickly run through the slots on the plastic side to get the pieces out or they won't come out in the dishwasher either. BUT, you saved at least 10 minutes of time vs cutting your veggies on a board... AND after your thirty seconds of cussing and cleaning manually, right in the diswasher ready to go next time.... And much better than a knife where you have about a thousand chances to cut yourself while chopping.

Waste of Money
This product is actually a joke and I am very disappointed. I was so excited since my hands just do not work like they use to and thought this would help me out a lot but I could not even push a small red potato through it. I saw a video someone did reviewing this product and she literally would slice the potato thick and put it in having the one blade slicer and then you get fries but that would take forever. I wanted the 2 blades that then you can slice a small red potato and it comes out as a long fry. You still wind up having to cut them to make them small enough to push through. This is only good for vegie type things like tomatoes, or anything somewhat soft, or boiled eggs , cheese, even cube ham. You have to put more pressure on it then they show you do on the ads. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Not for me
It chops only very small (diameter) food. It falls apart easily and is not simple to put back together. It worked well on my cucumber that I prepared in workable size. Carrots, no. (Too hard). It does not store compactly. Because the pieces are small and sharp, that is important. I can see that it might be perfect for people needing to prepare many similar fruits/veggies at a time, but that is not me. I gave it away.

Nutrichopper
I like this little, small gadget in the kitchen. It is small enough to handle a quick job when you want to chop a small amount of veggie like onions. This invention is so handy to use.

Overtime, I would not use it
So I thought I would really love this because I'm always looking for time-savers in the kitchen. It does what it says it's supposed to do but there are issues.1. Stuck food: because of all the cuts on the black part, food gets stuck there; like onions, peppers, and don't even think you can chop green onions. They really get stuck.2. Pushing: 75% of the time it was smooth, but sometimes I really had to put force to chop the vegetable or I had to open and close the chopper and push down again.3. Surface area: You have to cut your vegetables into smaller sizes to even fit in the food chopper. So the fact that you already have to chop it up to be chopped again kind of felt like a moot point to me.I have returned the device.I feel like mechanically the issue is you have too many chop options.Just have the dice option and the function would be better bc having too many options in the black part leads to a lot of food being stuck and have to apply more force to chop veggies.
