Excellent paper quality and writing experience
This is probably THE Best legal pads I have had the pleasure of using in a decade or more. The quality of paper, color, printing, binding and the hard back is excellent. It invites you to write your thoughts and brain waves more than usual because it is such a joy to write one. And from that perspective it certainly serves its purpose very well, not just as a medium to write on but also because it supports the whole reflection and thought process. I will definitely be ordering some more in the future.I wish their delivery and logistics were better. In the overnight and 2 day shipping era, a week or more to get a product leaves a lot to be desired but other than that, I am very pleased with the quality.

Best Folio letter/legal pad I have used
I still take lots of notes longhand in meetings. Most pads are flimsy and the paper is too thin.I have ordered these from Levenger for more than 10 years and am glad that I can now get them from Amazon. Levenger makes great products but their shipping speed and charges leave a lot to be desired.They are more expensive and worth every penny if writing matters to you.

Best paper quality though expensive.
Best paper quality. Paper will hold up through document scanners and is hard to tear. Price is high, but no other paper pad really is comparable.

Great premium product
I'm an attorney and these are what i count on in court. My pen glides fast and it the ink does not smear on this paper. Even with the cost, I order frequently for my whole office.

Great pads. Poor packaging.
These pads are the best! We use them every day at my firm. Five stars for the pads, themselves.Knocking off two stars because Levenger always ships in crappy boxes that get crushed in shipping.

I don't buy cheap legal pads anymore.
There is no comparison. Various layouts available. Sheets are durable and actually tear free as designed. It's hard to understand that legal pads aren't all basically the same until you get some of these.
