Used it for a few weeks - great!
Waited several years for a product like this. It's not perfect, but definitely does most of what it says it will. You can experience light red or 'burn' briefly, but it was actually random and not frequent nor intolerable. Definitely will need to give a few days, mine was one week, until figuring out how much and exactly where to apply the gel. Definitely can get a white residue from misapplication, just not a frequent issue after about a week of figuring out how much to use. Also, definitely can dap finger in water, shake off excess water, and very lightly dab or touch lightly areas of concern and all is well. I will be buying this product ongoing if it remains exactly the same as it is today. 23 Aug 2025

White film across the area you apply it and creates larger deeper bags under your eyes
Terrible product. Left a white film on my face and actually made the bags under my eyes look worse. Total waste of money — tossed it straight in the trash.

Unsure of effectiveness!
The lotion seems to tighten up the skin like dried glue however it appears to somewhat do the job. When left on all day, the area which was treated becomes irritated, red and burns. I had to remove with water and by morning, most of the red irritation on the skin was gone. Since everyone's skin reacts differently, for me, I'm not sure it's worth the pain for the little gain!
