The media could not be loaded. This net is a life and back-saver. The quality seems just as good as any of the other similar nets(ipong). It sets up the same. The plus I think with this net is that the backstop kinda curves inward which has seemed to keep a few extra balls in the catch area as they bounce up. I bought mine in "Used-Like New" condition so I saved a few dollars, and it seemed pretty brand new when I put it up.The instructions to assemble it are clear, just make sure when you thread the net on that the velco strap ends up on the under-side of the table so that the net fits correctly, and that so you can easily drain the balls.I've propped a bucket right under the drain hole in the catch area, so that I can easily reload my iPong v300. It has made play much more enjoyable. You can use this with a robot, or if you didn't have one you could use it to practice service or just practice bouncing a ball in front of you to hit into the net.

I bought this net for use with a Joola World Cup DX30 table, which is unusually thick. The table has a 30mm (~1.25 inch) thick surface with a 2 inch metal skirt running under the edges, bringing the total width of about 3.25 inches. I previously purchased the iPong catch net, but its clamps were not wide enough to fit on this table. This Kenley net fits - though only barely. The net is attached to the table using 4 clamps, 2 front clamps that hold a bar on which the net is threaded, and 2 side clamps. You can see the tops of the clamps on the table in the product picture. The clamps have a C-shaped metal piece with a metal screw, which has a plastic screw cap. To hold the clamp to the table, the screw is tightened until the screw cap presses tight against the bottom of the table. The front clamps fit with about 3mm to spare. The side clamps are smaller and did not have enough clearance if the screw cap was left on. I had to remove the screw caps for the side clamps to fit.A point of concern was that the metal clamps don't have any foam or padding to prevent scratches to the table. I didn't want to take a chance, so used medium-duty 3/8 inch felt pads to reduce the chance of scratches. Most felt pads are too thick to fit my table; with the medium duty ones applied, the clamps just about fit. Other felt pads may fit on a thinner table.The catch net is supposed to make solo training more efficient by catching all the balls that are hit onto the table and dropping them (through a hole provided in the net) into a container, so the balls are collected and not simply lying all around the playing area. This saves the player a lot of time collecting the balls. This net does a fairly good job with this. This catch net doesn't reach all the way to the table's center net, but I found that very few balls drop off the table through those gaps. The net frame feels flimsy - but table tennis balls are very light, so it's plenty sturdy enough. The initial assembly took about 10 minutes, and it takes about 3-4 minutes to attach or detach the assembled frame from the table and move it to another room. My net had an unsightly blue-black discoloration in some areas, but that doesn't affect play.There are 2 real issues with the net. One is that at some edges, strands of the net seem to have come unraveled. So far this doesn't look like something that will spread and there are no holes. Could be a finishing issue rather than unraveling strands. So I am unsure about its longevity. The other issue is that the balls mostly collect in the flat part of the net, and just stay in the net without falling through the hole. One has to go and lift/shake the net to get the balls to fall through the hole. This is annoying and reduces the efficiency of the net. It also feels like something that could have been fixed easily through careful design.This gets the job done, with some annoyances. All in all, a useful product.

This is a great net. I did have trouble connecting to the end of the table because our table has a built in metal ball holder. It would have worked perfectly if our table didn’t have that metal ball holder and we are still able to make it work but had to bend metal.

Design is good, but the construction is medium quality. The clamps on mine were drilled a little crooked. I have a cheaper table that’s pretty thin, so I had to wedge a piece of wood into each clamp to close the gap in order for them to seat. The instructions are just grainy photos with no writing, so I had to go back and look closely a few times. The camera angles, quality and lack of description don’t make it very obvious where you need to put specific pieces, which will be frustrating for a few people. Despite all that, it’s all snap together, so it still only took about 5 minutes to construct. Once you get it all together, it catches serves really well.

I'm not disappointed very often in the items I purchase from Amazon. The reviews, pictures and videos are often enough to address any questions and allay any concerns. In this case, however, it was a total miss. This net is not at all easy to assemble or install. The pictures in the instructions did not match the item I received. And when I was finally able to figure everything out, it turns out, the net doesn't fit the Stiga table that we have. I removed some parts to get the brackets to fit, only to find out the adjustable clamps for the net don't close enough to grip the table. Very disappointed in this purchase and will have to explore other options.
