Nice large umbella. But ... 1. there is a stress area on the connecting plastic fitting that attaches umbella to the support pole. Only had umbella for 4 weeks don't know if that will continue to weaken and break. 2. I bought a Hunter green one , after 2 weeks it has faded several shades.( color difference notice after leaving it closed using the strap around umbella while we were gone on vacation) I did purchase a cover but still I should be able to leave it uncover during season of use without fading.

It says fade resistant within 800 hrs. I've used it less than 10 times in the less than 2 months I've owned it and it is severely faded. Even bolted down it is not that stable.

I was on the fence about buying one of these but I'm so glad I did. I have a nice backyard but there aren't really any trees back there so there's very little shade. this thing is simply massive and gives as much shade as a big tree and looks great when it set up. Everything from the metal to the crank to the fabric of the umbrella itself feels like it's very well made. If this was for sale from a brick-and-mortar store instead of Amazon I would expect it to sell for $200 to $300

So excited to finally get some shade in my shadeless backyard. Umbrella took less then a couple of minutes to assemble and is super easy to use. First umbrella of this style and am very satisfied. It provides shade over almost all our deck and allows great tilt action to follow sun as it sets.
