Best Carribean cookbook
I have so many cookbook, and this is the best one. I can't believe how many recipes are in this book. Plus this is a hard cover book. It's so beautiful. The pictures and the stories are so beautiful. Everyone that loves carribean food would not be disappointed.

The authors did an amazing service to us by not only sharing traditional family recipes that the Caribbean is known for, but also including actual family pics and stories of growing up with so much love, joy, and good eats!! This book is warm and inviting, easy to follow, and a proper guide to creating amazing Caribbean cuisine.

I couldn’t give the book nothing less this book is a great book. I read the ingredients and it was on point. I also like some of the recipes that were slightly fusion . if you want a good Caribbean Jamaican cookbook start off with this one is really good. I’m so happy with my purchase.

Yoooooo, I flippin love this cookbook. My family does not write down ANYTHING. So, alot of things died when my mama died, and my mother cooks by weather and mood(she's amazing in the kitchen). You can never watch her in action and take notes. So, we learned how to cook by memory. Everyone kept asking us "How did you cook this, and that? But I could never clearly explain the correct measurements. Then I found this book. Great job, some things were different from my family's mental recipes, but the key YARD FOODS are on point. Ive spread the word on this book. Great job fella.
