I have very serious mood swings lately and I came across this supplement to help any PMS symptom. These are great for managing PMS symptoms. As someone who deals with changes in energy and mood in the few days leading up to my time of the month, I find Total PMS to be a great addition to my supplement routine.

Pros-made my extremely heavy periods much lighter. My period didn't make me feel as aweful and sick as I usually feel during my cycle.Cons-didnt decrease breast pain. I used this for 2 cycles. The first ime I started taking it a week before my period. I had headaches. Lots of them and OTC pain meds didn't get rid of them. Which was weird. But I didn't connect it to these pills. Thought it was just stress and the crazy weather changes making my allergies worse. When I took them for my next cycle the headaches came back. And I started feeling tightness and burning in my chest. I was also started getting Charlie horses in my legs which I have not gotten since I was a kid. So I stopped taking them and all my symptoms were gone the next day.Just cause I had bad reactions to this supplement doesn't mean you will to. This is just my experience and I'm bummed about it cause they my my periods 50% lighter.

I’m writing this a couple months after stopping this supplement now that I’m past most of the trauma I’ve gone through. These supplements had the same effect that hormonal birth control had on me almost 10 years ago. I had bad symptoms while taking the supplement like swollen lymph node in my neck, dizzy spells, and the worst period I’ve ever had but once I stopped taking it it had thrown my hormones so out of whack that I had insane anxiety. I don’t normally suffer from anxiety but the only other time I felt this way was after birth control threw off my hormones. Can’t sleep, racing heart, panicky almost all day and night and it didn’t completely regulate for months. Not to mention I didn’t ovulate the first month after and my period was weeks late. My doctor tells me herbal supplements aren’t regulated and you have to be very careful with them. Especially if you have a normal cycle and there was nothing to “regulate”. Now I know, but I need to save anyone who could potentially have a similar experience. Especially if you’re sensitive to hormonal birth control or synthetic hormones I would stay clear of this.

The are ok, I haven't noticed big changes on mood and feelings overall after 20 days or so.The downside is:*They do upset my stomach even with food.*They also give me this feeling like they get stuck in my throat no matter how much water I drink. I feel them right on my stomach.*The taste is too strong.They are good pills, but not for sensitive stomachs.

I have always had intense and unpredictable periods. This is a great product for mellowing out symptoms and has encouraged consistency in my period intervals. Very timely with shipping. I recommend!
