Good support to have for flats
I needed arch support in my dress flats but most supports out there have the heel cup/cushion which makes shoes fall off my feet. The stand-alone arch support inserts are invariably too stiff and high for me. The Spenco RX Arch Cushion has a flat heel area and is soft without compromising support. I had to trim a lot on the side and in the toe area because I have small feet, but otherwise this has been great.

I bought several of these insoles. They were comfortable and had good support. The plus was they are also washable, keeps your shoes feeling fresh and smelling good. Would recommend.

Highly recommend
Very comfortable in my walking shoes. They keep my feet from pronating (turning inward). and therefore my back feels good.

These are fantastic for soothing foot pain. Still not sure what is wrong (Dr. is diagnosing) but these really help a lot.

Not an orthotic. Flimsy shoe liner
Never even put these my shoes and they are not returnable. Not an orthotic at all, more like a shoe liner. I have neoprene socks that are better. Flimsy. Junk, don't buy

I had gotten a pair of these from my podiatrist and paid double. Now that I know the size I need, when I need to replace them, I will buy them here.
