Great sipper
This sipper is good quality, sturdy & the best part for my daughter's specific use- it has a hard spout, which can't be bit off or chewed away. Cleaning it is fairly simple & I love the colour as well as emoticon/character options it comes in.. really unique!

Nice one.
We brought it 2 months back and now ordered another one. Good and sturdy product for kids. However the price for increased by almost Rs.200 this time which was worrysome. Overall good product

Extremely disappointing customer service and poor product quality
The brand seems to focus more on marketing than actually delivering value. They advertise a 2-year warranty, but when the bottle’s internal pipe broke, it took them months to respond—even after I reached out through multiple channels. When they finally did, they simply said the issue couldn’t be fixed and I should buy a new one. If you can’t honor your warranty, don’t advertise it. Very frustrating experience.

Disappointed but the brand fixed the problem for me
The bottle is very sturdy and my daughter loved it. I tried to sterlize it in hot water last night as there was a lot of dirt in the small areas of the cap, and to my shock the bottle got fully disfigured and is not usable any more !Adding to this: I contacted the brand and they promptly sent me a new bottle and said that the bottle should not be sterilized or cleaned in hot water.
