I was apprehensive about taking this and after having it for about 2 weeks I finally got the courage. This is amazing at helping me go to sleep and staying asleep! The directions say to take two capsules but I only take one (I am not a big person) and it is plenty to get me through the night. No more tossing and turning trying to get comfy and falling asleep and if I wake up during the night I have no problems getting back to sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and automatically awake, no grogginess at all. I do have some "unique" dreams and get a kick out of them. I might have to start keeping a log of those crazy zany dreams. Talk about off the wall! To me they have no taste and are easy to swallow as well. I haven't noticed any aroma or odor. I figure since I only take one the bottle will last me quite a while.

Absolutely love this product for helping with both sleep and anxiety. It has made such a huge difference in my mental health.

On those nights where I know I'm not drowsy enough to sleep, all I need is half a capsule of this- it works in about 15-20 minutes and I get a solid night's sleep- I'll definitely be reordering!

PIPING ROCK VALERIAN ROOT CAPSULES 2400 MG/120 COUNT/HERBAL EXTRACT SUPPLEMENT This is a different brand than I'm used to taking and it only offers half as many capsules. My usual brand might be still in a box that I haven't opened. One thing about these that I think that I thought were the type that might not be available anymore. So inflation hits us everywhere with half the capsule count, but the reason I mistook them as another brand is since the bottle looks identical. With all that aside the most important thing is that if you have trouble falling and staying asleep these are a natural herbal supplement that won't make you drowsy in the morning for more than 10 or 15 minutes without coffee or tea. I usually drink green tea with honey and I'm instantly awake. They are 2400 MG so that's another reason why I mistook these from the other brand. I would only take one and see how it works since 2400 MG is high, but remember it's a natural herbal supplement that is pretty effective since I'd rather choose that over a prescription sleep aid. I get a good night sleep with one at 2400 MG. Another brand that is just as effective that I usually take is 1700 MG and I should remember the brand but they're organic and if you search those terms up at the top it will be the only one that pops up. I don't know if I ordered these as a back up but definitely thought they were the ones I used to always get. I'm sure these will be safe and work, but my usual ones are the organic ones.

SAY GOODBYE TO MELATONIN and those sleepy gummies. Been using Valerian for years- it smells like feet cheese but it does an excellent job putting my racing mind to sleep (2 capsules). No alarming dreams, no messing with your patterns- it does a great job especially when washed down with lavender/chammomile tea. Sleep well my friends!
