Perfectly Comfortable
To be honest, I can'review how well it does under the abuses of construction (at least not yet)... I just got mine... My rating is for how incredibly comfortable this shirt is.... It breaths really nice and just feels really good.... I bought it to test it out (not knowing what I would get)... I'm so satisfied with the comfort that I ordered three more... I hope they last, but even If they don't go as long as I would like, for the price and comfort I'll just buy more... I've gone through more shirts than I can count... I think I finally found one that I can stick with for many many years to come...

Carhartt S200 Not comfortable for summer or high humidity outdoor use
I called Carhartt to ask for replacement of a fraying S118NTC I've had for like a really long time and it was told I needed a Carhartt S200 256.Big mistake.Something about my fraying S118NTC made it less cotton hot like than new version S200 256.First day I wore this S200 it was warm and muggy outside and this shirt made it feel worse.I switched shirts putting on my fraying S118NTC and it was like a big difference. Outside temperature and humidity were probably same but S118NTC did not absorb my sweat or allow me to feel as warm/hot.This short sleeve S200 256 replacement for S118NTC is not for summer or high humidity outdoor use at least for me.

Poor Quality
Not the quality you would expect from Carhartt. First washing, all the buttons unraveled and were hanging off. If you buy this shirt, buy a needle and thread to go with it. Nice fabric though.

Where is the beef?
Who wants a work shirt with a flap on the pocket? My husband is so disgusted with everyone's so called work shirt, with the God awful flap on the pocket! They put glasses, pens, small pads etc. in those pockets and have to fight with the pocket flap. Wake up America! And the fabric keeps getting worse and cheaper with every passing minute! Our toilet paper is thicker than some of the terrible material. He is a working man and wants something substantial, 100% cotton and can be washed a lot. There was a time when you could buy such a shirt! We refuse to buy crap.

A lot of work
My husband has three of these shirts and wears one every day. He says they are very comfortable and fit well. Unfortunately, for these shirts to also look nice a certain amount of pressing is necessary. The pocket flaps and the collar tend to come out of the dryer all scrunched up and badly wrinkled. The rest of the shirt is okay, but those three areas MUST be ironed, and they have to be damp for the wrinkles to come out; even then it takes a lot of pressure. Also, the collars are badly worn and frayed, while the rest of the shirt is in very good shape. He would probably give the shirts four stars; since I am the one who irons them, I give them two.

Made in India
I used to love Carhart - trusted brand, well made, durable, everything you'd want in rugged work-wear or casual clothing. But the line that matters on this one is "Made in India."Just not going to support the abuse of workers there when there are plenty at home who need jobs. Give me "Made in the USA"
