The Bracken Collection: Essays and Short Fiction 2010 to 2019

Some of these are worth reading a few times

I have read all of Bracken’s novels. I hope he writes more. I like Sclichter’s work but it is dystopian in a sci-fi manner. You know while reading that it is a novel and that it is dystopian. Bracken builds characters within an environment and as you read you discover the character is real, dealing with dystopia. His approach is believable both in character and environment.

I was glad to see Mr.Bracket is still writing. As usual he delivers believability because he refuses to engage in the political correct no death at has permeated this country. This collection of essays needs to be a wake up call if people would listen. Having served in the military and having spent quite a bit of time in Islamic countries, I completely agree with his assessment that Islam currently poses. Add to this the feckless leaders we keep electing and it's a wonder we still anything left of this Republic. Folks need to understand that the storm is already here, now its a matter of how to survive it.

If you’re a fan of Bracken’s work, then this will be right up your alley. Some fiction, some commentary, often entertaining, always thought-provoking.

Wow! As the name implies, the book is collection of short stories that include tons of good information and things to consider. Like his Enemies Foreign and Domestic novels, Mr. Bracken gives freaky/accurate predictions of current events. Most of these stories take advantage of his experience as a BUDs/SEAL graduate, and his extensive research. This book, including Enemies novels, are a must read. Get your hands on this book ASAP. I’m on my second time reading through while highlighting and marking pages important to me. Keep this book in your library, and buy others for friends and family. They will thank you.

2021; every American should read this! Thank you, Matt Bracken. You have opened my eyes. I highly recommend this book to all concerned about America's future.

Mr. Bracken provided some chilling portrayals of how Civil War 2.0 might be conducted, and how civilization might collapse. The book made a prepper of me. With the election currently still in doubt, "be afraid: be very afraid."The short stories and the extract from Red Cliffs of Zerhoun (which I've already read) were very entertaining. entertaining.
