Lexi Womens Super Comfy Stretch Denim Skirt

First let me say as a 5'6 220lb gal who wears a size 16 stretch usually, I can never find anything that fits except maybe leggings, sweats and dresses. This skirt is amazing!! I ordered it in a size 16 and not only does it fit but it is also super stretchy so yes it still feels great even after you've been snacking all day and I can even spread my legs shoulder length comfortably lol. This skirt was exactly as described plus more. Sorry I couldn't get better pics, I remembered last minute as I was getting undressed that I needed to write a review.

A great skirt. I overestimated my size so it was big. Dealt with that on the machine since returning from where I am is too much of a headache. Part of my Fridays work wear. Decent, ladylike look that I love. I'm 5'4". Too thick on the tummy part. 42" hips and 35" natural waist. Not sure of weight. A size 10 would have been perfect. I've altered the size 12 by 1" on each side seam in those pics.

Be aware that the seller charges a 20% restocking fee if you are returning the garment because it's the wrong size or color or otherwise not to your taste. How do you find out if an article of clothing is to your taste? You try it on--the cost for trying it on in this case is 1/5 of the purchase price. Also, if you prefer "working" pockets in your garments, be aware that the pockets in this skirt are unbelievably skimpy. They probably could hold a tissue, or a credit card, or a key or two, but not your cell phone or typical key ring or other common pocket items. Compared to other places where I shop (such as Penney's), the sizing on this skirt for me would be one size larger than the other places.

I ordered three of these skirts in gray, indigo, and medium blue. As for fit, I am 5'3 and weigh 145 pounds. The skirts fit like pencil skirts which I absolutely love, and hit just below my knees. I normally wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the brand. If you want a looser look you will need to size up. Right out the package these skirts feel like your favorite broken in denim jeans. The amount of stretch is perfect as it does not take away from the denim look and feel. After having two kids my tummy can sometimes be my trouble area if the clothes are not well made or if clothes sits too high on my waist. This is not the case with these skirts. The skirts sit at my natural waist and when I sit down I don't feel the need to unbutton them. When standing the skirts give a very flat appearance in the tummy area, which is just what I was looking for. Some denim skirts can look bulky in the tummy area due to the weight of the denim, but these skirts do not have that problem. I just purchased a similar style stretch denim skirt from Banana Republic that was on sale and I still paid twice the cost of the price of one of these skirts. Needless to say, I will be returning the Banana Republic skirt. I am so pleased with these skirts that I am going to purchase the black denim one as well. You can never have enough well made denim skirts in your wardrobe. If you're on the fence about buying this skirt don't be, just order it. You will not be disappointed.

If in doubt....order a size down. I'm 5'8" 135lbs. and ordered a 6. It fits great, but is still roomy (the waist is VERY stretchy). I love this skirt! It hits just right in the middle of my knee cap, and I have long legs. Slit in back is not too high. Yay!!

LOVE these skirts! I have 3 now (black denim, grey and light blue). I get compliments every time I wear them. I am 5'4" weigh 175 lbs I have hips and a not too shabby round behind. I purchased a size 12. The skirt fits a bit snug but it has some stretch in it, but the snugness adds to the pencil skirt look and I believe that is the look us ladies are trying to pull off so that is the perfect size I was looking for. Looks cute in flats and super cute in heels! You can dress it down or up... multi-look skirt!

I ordered this in a size 6 even though I wear a size 4 because of the reviews that stated this skirt runs small. I was swimming in the size 6. It was much too big. Now I'll return it to get my correct size that I should've ordered in the first place. It's a very nice skirt. Well stitched. No odor. Stylish. I like the length. I didn't want a mini skirt. I'm 5"1, 110 lbs, 27 inch waist, 35 inch hips. I've never tried on a size 6 that has ever fit me. The skirt is true to size. I just think people's butts run fat. A measuring tape to take accurate measurements would help a great deal.

This is the perfect denim skirt! Because of my pear-shaped figure (27 inch waist, 41 inch hips), I often have trouble finding skirts that fit properly. Especially when shopping online. I bought a 10, and it is perfect. Not skin tight, but fitted enough to have the true pencil skirt shape. There is a lot of stretch to the skirt, but the material is nice and thick. One thing - the black looks more like a navy blue to me. But it's not enough to bother me, considering how fabulous this skirt is. Great price too!
