The media could not be loaded. I was worried I needed 1000 + w for what I use this food processor for but 800 is just enough. What a great product. Very powerful and multi use. Put down your chopping board and use this for everything. Perfect weight, speed and blade is very sharp. Two options of blades. Easy to clean. A bit loud but for the price and speed in which in chops it's totally worth it.

Does everything it is meant to do, reliably, and at a lower price point than a lot of competing products offering similar functionality. Easy to use. Loads of gimzos to cover most needs. Seems robust and is clearly well made. It may not have the longevity of some alternatives that cost multiple amounts, but if you're not using it every day, I fully expect to get long lifespan and years of value from this.

Very good machine, Looks very solid and strong, but make too much noise. Otherwise it does the job perfectly.

For around the £50 mark this is a fantastic bit of kit, it is used multiple times daily for almost a year and is still cracking on.It’s not the most attractive appliance if that is a concern and it makes a racket like it’s going to burn out or break down but so far so good.When using the larger jug we only fill it half full at most as it would probably struggle with any more. It comes with several blades (metal, plastic, ricer/grater) all seem to be okay but the metal blade does 99% of what we need. It has a lockable lid so the blade won’t start if the lid is not engaged correctly.Small jug has a fixed blade and is great for smoothies and soups. No locking lid on this jug.Would buy another if this one broke.

After light use the ‘tooth’ on the bottom of the jug that switches the base on wore out meaning the processor no longer worked. Russell Hobbs replaced the jug after I provided a substantial amount of information and photos. The motor in the main base of the unit then failed completely. Russell Hobbs requested photos of the appliance not working, as well as a video of it not working to be supplied by me having signed up to a third-party site to transfer a video file to them through. They also wanted photos of two fuses alongside information I had already provided through their site when raising the claim, again by email. I considered all this to be excessive and onerous for a customer that had already been inconvenienced by the faulty product, and I won’t risk buying this brand again. Thankfully Amazon refunded the purchase after a short online chat.

Handles nuts and seeds with ease

Bought this at a reasonable price, first time using one so just wanted something easy and simple- which it is. Bit of a play about and I am getting the hang of it now. The machine parts store nicely inside so no fiddling about looking for attachments. Seems to cut and shred most things reasonably so no issues. It is a little plasticly but it is not a high end professional model. Some nooks and crooks when cleaning but not a Biggy, very happy with it as a basic entry level machine, the only fault I can say is that it is a shame it doesn't cook the food too !!
