Very close to the old one my mom had!
Not exactly like the one my mom had when I was young, but really close! Just a bit smaller and the chirp is slightly different. I like the built-in on/off switch, which gives it a cleaner look. Brings back childhood memories
Just like the one I had since childhood that died a few years ago. Brought back memories I had and from my daughter too. Hope this one lasts as long as mine did.

not the real chirping ball i remember
nothing like the one i had during my childhood christmases. the chirping sound is dull as the real chirping ball i know to be the real thing does not require batteries like this one does and the real chirping ball i know has a long drawn out chirp but this one does not. disappointed.

We really enjoed it during the holiday
This chirping bird ball is not the same as the one we had for years. It is a little smaller, is battery operated, and the birds song is different. If I didn't have the original in mind I would think it was great. One good things about it being battery powered is that you can put it anywhere and you don't have to be near an outlet. It was a great purchase!

Nice gift
Bought as gift for hubby to bring back to life a memory he had with his grandpa. Wasn’t the same chirp he remembered but it got the message across and our grandkids liked looking for the bird! Lol

I had one of these growing up and it was always fun to try to find the bird in the tree would chirp here and there. I purchased this feeling hopeful, it does chirp... But it doesn't stop unless you turn it off. So not what I was looking for so, a little disappointed it didn't state continues play or anything and I didn't think about it. But now someone else knows! :)

Perfect nostalgia
My daughter found this for me. I had one from my grandmother but it was lost when someone stole our Christmas decorations. This was a little piece of my grandma coming back to me.

bird sound ornament
I remember this ornament from back in 1978. Very useful if you have a large x-mas tree. The only missing part isnot remote control item.
