Compliments the Foam Roller perfectly. It is easy to follow. Exercises are effective; the next day I instantly felt relief from sore muscles, tenseness was gone. I was a bit sore and could not do all exercises but DVD is based on personal performance level and not on a set routine. I love that I can incorporate this product into any exercise routine. Exercises are simple yet challenging.

The DVD offer a great explanation, on how to exercise (with the Smart-core roller). It's a bit pricey for a workout DVD.

Great to use with your trigger point and familiarize yourself with the exercises you can do with it. Very helpful

I am sixty four years old with a hip replacement. I do this 4 to 5 times a week, and my posture is better and my alignment is also. There is so much to say about this video. But I know this is the best thing I have done for my self.

The image is too small to see that you really need their particular brand of foam roller in order to find these exercises very useful. Half the emphasis of the exercises was on the massage of the bumps, which I don't have on my standard dark gray roller. And I don't want to spend over $30 to buy yet another roller just so I can use this DVD! Not to mention, the price was way too high for the amount of content, even if I did have the right kind of roller. There are a few exercises but I could probably have been just as satisfied by downloading free videos from Youtube. What I really wanted was a complete core workout and this really is not it. I wish I could return it!

Provides the foundation for the next levels in two short segments. Very good core work with noticable improvements in less than 1 month.

Okay, not all DVD exercise programs are for everyone. This one just didn't ring my bell. A pity you cannot 'borrow' these through PRIME to try. Like a book from the library.

Purchase this to go with the Grid Foam Roller that I had purchased for deep tissue self massage. Good explanations and support through the workouts some of which will be more challenging for those not physically fit. One of the workouts is only 5 minutes long so you can do something even on a day when you are short of time. The great thing about this and the foam roller is that you get a massage as you work your muscles. I shall shortly be buying the level 2 DVD.

Der Foam Roller ist wirklich klasse. Da gibts für mich keine Frage! Die DVD ist allerding mit 24€ nicht nur recht teuer sondern auch relativ ubrauchbar wenn man nicht ständig die FB neben sich hat um auf Pause zu drücken. Klickt man ein Workout an ist es nämlich nicht wirklich möglich sich zwischen den einzelnen Übungen schnell genug neu zu positionieren. Die Übungen werden auch nicht ausreichend genau erklärt und könnten genauso gut im Internet erlernt werden. Vorallem wenn man hier noch bedenkt das nicht alle 3 Stufen einfach auf einmal verkauft werden sondern man bis Stufe 3 dann 75€ investiert hat. Also, kauf sparen und im Web die Übungen nachsehen! Viel Spaß beim Training. :-)
