Lamp works. I like that it swivels though direction is limited. Whole contraption is not very heavy, so the base moves if I'm reaching over to adjust while I'm in bed. The main reason I purchased this is because it was 2 in 1 (with multiple phone charging options). I never could get my phone to charge using the rotating tool on the front of the base, but that's not the part I intended to use anyway. I simply wanted to lay my phone on the base and charge; this was spotty at best. I would move the phone around, took off the case, etc. It never simply worked immediately. And when it does charge, it makes a strange high-pitched whistling sound sort of like static on a TV but higher. Very odd and not worth the trouble. I'm returning it. Seller accepted return request quickly, so hopefully the return will go as expected.

First the upside. This is a great lamp. I really appreciate the 10 position dimmer and the 3 color temperatures. I had a challenge sometimes seeing due to glare and contrast. The color temp and brightness make it a breeze to find a good combinations for seeing. Also aiding this is the adjustment of the light bar. You can very easily focus the light exactly where you want it and not in your face. So its a wonderful lamp.The wired charger is also really cool. Have the unique rotating charge wheel makes it a breeze to charge any device needing a C, lightening or micro connector. Really sweet charger.Now the downside. I could never get the charging mat to work. Probably a waste. I tried 2 phones including an apple and android product. Neither worked. I tried without the case and tried multiple positions and angles. No luck. I have two other charging pads and both phone charge perfectly on those. So I'm at a loss to see the value of the wireless charger here.The other downside is the price. Other similar products are available w/o the charging pad for a LOT less. That said, this is still a really nice product, that looks great and offers wonderful desk lighting options. Not sure I'd buy it again, but not a total loss. Just wish the charging pad worked.

I love this lamp! Well worth the money. It has helped me focus on my reading material, and being able to change brightness and hues, enables me to tailor the hue/brightness to my environment and what I'm currently reading.Some other notable features are: adjustable arm, brightness control, phone charging module, and touch control to turn off and on.I had a little problem with the digital display, but support returned my email with in the hour and solved that issue within a few minutes.

I purchased this product last week, and it arrived exactly on time. In the 3 days that I've had this, I've grown to love it. The endless customizable features make this an exceptional product. The display is linked to the motion sensing light on the front (which they don't tell you up front, but it's not a big deal). The display is also very bright. This lamp sits on my nightstand, and the first night I was about blinded by the display alone. Fortunately there is an on/off switch that will allow you to turn it off. Also, the motion sensor has a cover to prevent it being constantly activated when you don't want it to.The one drawback is when you go rotate the top portion. The battery & battery cover kept popping out every time I rotated it due to a warping of the plastic housing. This caused me to reset the display 4 times before I realized why it was happening. This was easily solved with some duct tape over the cover that blends into the grey housing. No more problems, and I still thoroughly love this lamp!

I think this LED lamp is pretty cool, has most of the features I wanted and works for my needs. That being said, there are improvements to be made:Like other reviewers have said, it makes a high-pitched audible sound when wireless charging.The base can and does slide around when adjusting or placing things on it.I have an iPhone 8+ with an Incipio case on it and it has trouble docking into the charge port easily. It's always a struggle because the charge port is dipped back and it's hard to get it to fit.QuickCharge 4+ and Quick Charge for Wireless Power would be appreciated in this day and age.Lastly, but most importantly for me, the blue backlit display is still too bright at it's lowest setting in the night.Currently, it's either the lowest-brightness setting for the backlit display or nothing at all (why would they even do this? it's useless unless it's in the daytime).They should make it so that the numbers/letters are white-backlit and brightness-adjustable. The backlight itself should be completely black, rather than blue backlight filling the entire display. This is important to me because I keep it by my nightstand and the blue backlight is bright in the middle of the night.

All the features work as described, satisfied. Did not give it 5 stars as I am concerned about the light weight of the plastic housing and base. If it gets knocked off a table top and lands on a hard floor, I fear it might break.

I purchased the light from the Amazon.com site. Received here in Canada within the agreed time. The light features worked great, however the charging wheel was malfunctioning and didn't work. I ended up calling the company and spoke with the VP (whom answered the phone), and after troubleshooting the issue along with videos they sent me, the unit still would not charge our iPhone 7. He then was very gracious and immediately replaced the unit no questions asked. I would recommend anything this company makes, as the quality initially seems well constructed, and the light itself works great. I look forward to seeing new and exciting gadgets from this company, as they really care about making sure they provide an excellent product with outstanding customer service...Thank you Balaji
