What are the specification of the screws used to hold the case together ? I would like to get extras.

If I remember correctly - it comes with an extra set - screw, and nut both.

After i buy this, what else do i need to buy besides a case with power and fans? how do i set it up for use once it is fully operational?

This package does not have the MicroSD card for the Rasberry OS, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. It does have the case, fan, heat sinks, and the basic power supply that you will need for starting with a Raspberry PI.

Is the Miuzei's power supply functionally the same as the Pi Foundation's official power supply?

Yes, the Miuzei power supply works just fine with the Ras Pi 4. I've been running my Pi 4 for over a year with this power supply and have had no issues. Important thing is the power supply for a Ras Pi 4 have the USB-C connector on it.

Has the micro hdmi cable issue been fixed? if not, what brand cable can i buy that will work?

I didn't have an issue with the HDMI cable connection. Worked great for me, and I have 2 of these.
