This item works and certainly kills weeds very effectively. The speed and efficacy of the chemicals impacted upon the weeds on our gravel paths, our patios and also a large area of weeds on land adjacent to our property, which we don’t, own and nobody maintains. I applied it using a pressurised sprayed with a rate of 24ml per litre which in theory covers 400 sqm; I would say that this is a trifle optimistic for coverage using a conventional garden sprayer. No one is questioning the strength of the product, rather is is difficult to deliver in such a fine spray.Once killed, the weeds have not return so far. I cannot say it is easy to use as you have to exercise caution when applying any chemical, particularly in an aerosol form so I wear a mask when applying these products when applying over a wide area, but when targeting weeds on a patio or similar, there is no need in my opinion.In summary, effective, reasonably priced and reduces weed growth, even established weeds quickly and efficiently.

Have bought several weedkiller to kill weeds & Ivy no such luck. After lots of research came accross Rootblast, well we did use it stronger that stated on the bottle, as the whole space 170m2 was covered in thick ivy along with a range of other weeds.... after 2 weeks you could see the ivy dying & going brownby the end of 3.5 to 4 weeks which is what it states on bottle ALL weeds including the awful, strong ivy & was so easy to rake & clear the area. The weeds have not returned but the birds have now dropped a load of seeds that are growing but the main thing is IVY was dead & not returned. The weedkiller was down & then 7 hrs later it hammered it down, so I was sepitcal due to the rain.... but it's amazing product but can be slow and take upto 4 weeks on weeds such as IVY. I would certainly recommend I have purchased again!I used in a sprayer which was easy to use & good coverage, instructions very easy & clear. Read in full before use & just be aware that if you spray plants or grass by mistake it will kill that too Being a prime member excellent service with next day delivery. It did take about a week to see the results but the weeds are gone, can't really say how long it will last only time will tell, I'm pleased will the results though.

A really strong weed killer that wiped out anything I sprayed it on! There was one slight issue. I decided to jet wash the patio a week after applying this and the remnants must have ran down onto my grass with the run off of water, it completely wiped out the grass within 3 metres! So I’m not best pleased but that was my own issue!

In 2 week a kill them all. I did sprayed after one week just in case. Amazing stuff will use them in future

Works OK but a bit disappointed

Bought it for running Bamboo which was aggressively creeping into my property, all Bamboo plants dead in a week but also the surrounding soil is dead too where I am now struggling to grow the grass back. Very powerful stuff but need to be careful with application. In the end happy results as I read that it is very difficult to get rid of running Bamboo, can damage the property & requires costly and specialist treatment like Japanese knotweed.

I wanted a really powerful weed killer to destroy the wilderness in my son's back garden. this stuff frightened some couch grass and worried a fern but that was it.I actually made a mistake in the quantities and made the 1st batch from my sprayer 10 times as strong as the directions. When I did the 2nd batch the mix was correct and the 3rd and last batch was roughly twice as strong as the directions.It is now 10 days since I treated the 3 areas and there is no difference between them, the couch grass has been partially killed, a fern now has some of its leaves brown at the tips. The wild roses and the brambles are thriving however.I've now had to get my old brushcutter out and serviced to at least chop the wilderness down.DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF, IT'S USELESS - WRONG just very slow actingIts now another week later, my petrol brushcutter is still being serviced but there is now a big difference in the weeds. The wild roses and the brambles are now dying off leaves are withered and brown and the stems are almost lying horizontally on the ground. This stuff does work it just takes an insanely long time to kill off big stuff
