Great steamer, easy to use - just fill up with water, switch on and off you go. The water tank lasts really long time, I managed to iron 6 men's shirts, 3 tops and 3 trousers with one full tank. Steam output is really good and irons all creases without a fuss. Very happy with my purchase and communication with seller. Initial steamer came with broken clip, however seller has contacted me immediately and sent a replacement. Very recommended!

I tried a garment steamer when I visited my cousin in the States and I was very impressed by it ( my cousin bought her one from Amazon US, unfortunately Amazon UK charges almost three times the price for the exactly the same steamer) so I purchased this machine after I returned to the UK. This steamer costs a bit more than the use I used in the US, so I expected this steamer would have the same level of performance. But I was left feeling disappointed and decided to return it after using it twice.The machine: The handheld steamer gets pretty hot after using it for a little while and it drips sometimes. The hose can get quite hot too. The two pegs on the hanger were so stiff, you need to be Popeye to open them.Performance: it took me a good 4-5 minutes to smooth out a T-shirt and almost 10 minutes to steam my husband's work shirt, whereas the one I used in the States only take a few strokes to smooth out the crease. The clothes can get quite wet after steaming, so can't put it on straight away, which is another put off for me.So overall speaking, I would not recommend this steamer.

Exactly what i needed to replace my ironing board and iron. The only thing to watch out for is to ensure you DO give it at least a minute to heat up and then you are good to go .Great value for money .

I put it all together in minutes.Filled the tank and started steaming. Great results and nice and fast.Then decided to refill the tank. When i lifted it off there was a puddle of water where it sits. I refilled the tank and started again. I noticed there wasn't any steam. I looked down and to my horror there was water everywhere. I quickly mopped it up so i wouldnt risk being electrocuted. I lifted the tank and there was water everywhere. Not sure what went wrong. I did click the tank back into place.I'll try agsin tomorrow and will contact the seller.Also the skirt/trouser hanger is rubbish. It's impossible to open the two stiff clips. I simply used my own hanger.

What a great product! Cuts ironing down so much.It has a built in hanger in the stand but I prefer to use my own hangers, steam the clothes and then they can go straight into the wardrobe.

Clips on rail were broken (2 out of 3), as per other reviewers. This seems to be a design issue. However, the supplier sent a complete new system FOC within 2 weeks. Perfect now.

Steamer did not look that sturdy and didn't have many steam holes. It was cheap but that was its downfall. Too cheaply made

Not brilliant a bit awkward to use tbh it’s ok on silky lightweight garments not hot enough for shirts etc I contacted the supplier who were very understanding and helpful and have refunded the cost of the steamer
