My grandson is making a model rocket for 4H that is based on a missile the US Army used to use. I was showing him some pictures of the real thing and he decided he wanted to put a camo paint job on it like the ones on the trucks in the pictures. This worked great. The colors are very good matches for actual Army camouflage and they can be put on as thin or thick as we wanted. He put a few "splotches" on in each color and let them dry in between. There was no color bleeding or mixing when the new, wet paint went on and touched or even covered up a little of the previous.UPDATE: My grandson won division champion at the fair due, in large part, to the great paint job.I'm very happy with this set of camo paint.

I bought this paint for the finishing touches/interior on a model car. This paint is amazing with just one coat the pieces where fully covered with no blemishes. The brushes that it comes with are great, soft and put together no fraying or damage after 5 times use, if your looking for a good paint for a model this product is well worth the money.

Great acrylic paints and the bonus is the paint tray it comes with. A blessing to have because as it is known acrylic paint drys fast so keeping the paint bottle lid off is a bad idea so the paint tray saves the paint in the bottles from dry pour out onto the tray of what you will need then close the lid on your bottle so very convenient. Thank you Testors for providing the painting tray.

It's like I thought. They are little bottles but it's ok for the kind of work.

Good paints, like almost all restore products. They need get with the times though and use dropper bottles. These old school glass jars are the worst.

Great basic palette of flat colors for military models; great price as well.

I needed some acrylic model paint in earth tones & subdued tones for my most recent project. The brilliant colors of a basic set I already had were good buy a bit bight for what was needed. These fit the need just right.

I’m new to painting models /miniatures but I didn’t expect the paint to be thin like water. “Acrylic “ to me speaks to a bit of substance easy to dry. But this was like painting with kids paints that you put water in! They do mix decently so far thoughEdit: I’m an idiot. I forgot you always have to mix/stir paints. Much better now. Still, however, dissatisfied with how difficult the colours looked on the picture vs real life.perhaps the seller should list the colour names. The white looks white but isn’t white at all
