Solid fan in a compact size
This fan is a nice and compact size. Solid build and weight make it feel durable. Three levels of fan speed with enough power for good air flow. It does produce a bit of noise at high setting and even at low speed there’s a noticeable light humming noise. If you’re looking for something super quiet, this fan isn’t for you. There is oscillating mode on this, providing roughly 90-100 degrees of rotation to give you plenty of cooling in a wide area. Timer modes are set at either 2,4, or 8 hours.I’m actually using this to provide cooling for my PS5 by placing it in front. I sometimes get a hot temperature warning and It’s a perfect size to place in front and get good air flow through the console. It’s been working great for that.

Small But Efficient
When I ordered this Dr. Prepare fan, I thought it would be a bit bigger so when I received it, I was quite dismayed with the size. Just look at the picture I attached, which shows a comparison of how big and tall this Dr. Prepare fan is along with a bottle of Dasani water and a Monsterarts GMK Godzilla toy. It's as tall as two Godzilla toys and 1 and 3/4 of a standard Dasani bottle. I thought it would be a very weak fan. Thankfully this Dr. Prepare fan proved to be much better than what my initial disappointment led me to believe. It has three levels of fan speed, low - medium - high. The only one that matters to me is the high setting because it provides the best cooling experience for me. The high setting can actually be felt from a few feet away, which is good!As for the noise level, there is barely any sound coming from it at the highest level at all. It's an extremely silent fan so you can easily fall asleep if you want peace and quiet. When I tested this on the first night of getting it, I actually forgot that it existed because I couldn't hear it.This fan oscillates at quite a slow pace. Due to how small this fan is, I consider it more as a personal fan, so the oscillating function isn't really something useful to me, it's simply there as an extra option. As for the timer, I don't use it. I prefer having the fan on at all times until I find the need to turn it off.The only fault that I can find about this fan is how short its power cord is. I estimate it's only around 5 or 6 feet long so you can't use it very far away from an electric outlet. In conclusion, although it's a small fan, it does perform its job very well. The air coming out from the two fans is refreshing and quite strong at the highest setting. There is really no noise that can be complained about, it's really a very silent fan. Because of its small size but satisfying air flow, you can easily put this anywhere you can, as long as there is a nearby power outlet.Since it performs way better than what I expected it to be, this Dr. Prepare fan gets a perfect score from me.

Quite powerful but no effective silent mode
Bought this for the computer table of my home office which is just under the roof and so gets quite warm. The fan speed range is good, going from a light breeze to full on gale. But there's no silent mode - even the low setting is quite audible. This makes it unsuitable to have on during meetings ... and if your 9 to 5 is mostly meetings, well this likely isn't the best fan for you. The dog may inherit the one I bought.Post-script. Based on this rather mixed feedback, Dr Prepare contacted me to offer a refund. I'm adding an extra star for that.

Small but efficient!
I love this fan, especially the dual blades. I mainly bought it for white noise in my bedroom, and the sound it emits is perfect, but I also wanted a fan for those warmer nights when you don't quite need A/C yet. This fan fits the bill. It would also make a great desk fan. Because it's taller, it doesn't take up much room on your desk. I recommend this fan.

Kitty Approved
The size is super convenient to move around wherever you want. Its very sturdy so I don't have to worry about my kitty knocking it over. Its very quiet considering there's two fans and it makes the room noticeably cooler.

Mostly for show
When I purchased this fan I had a specific purpose in mind for it. I keep a big AC unit in the front window of my house, and it does a pretty good job of keeping the entire first floor cool. Getting the cool air into the kitchen, though, the back-most room of the house, is a bit of a challenge. There's not a direct line of sight, so there are walls in the way. I've always kept a small fan in the archway of my living room, aiming down the short hallway toward the kitchen. The old fan finally died, which was a relief because I was always tripping over it. This one was meant to be its replacement. I figured it was tall and thin, rather than short and squat, so it would more easily stay out of the way of my feet. It has two spinning fans, so it should push a decent amount of cold air down the hallways.I was correct on the first count, but not on the second. The unit is good-looking enough. It stands in the corner of that archway and I haven't tripped over it yet. So in those respects, it's been good. There are clearly labeled buttons on the front, indicating three speeds, whether or not you want it to oscillate, and so forth. Each one operates properly and does what it is labeled to do. What the fan doesn't do is push very much air down the hall. I have both fans facing in the same direction, no oscillation, and on the highest speed setting, and I feel nothing when I'm more than about five feet away from it. Within those five feet, I get a pretty good breeze, but beyond that... zilch. If you were sitting at a desk, and had this on or under your desk, aimed directly at you, helping to keep you cool in a hot office, it would probably be fine. But for the purpose of moving any volume of air any real distance, I would not recommend. I only gave it three stars because it looks good, operates as it is supposed to (in terms of the buttons), and would be good for closer-range cooling. It is not good enough for my purpose, though.
