Have to access your micro SD on PC?
This little tool is plug and play. Just load it with your micro SD card and plug it in to your USB port on your computer. That's all it takes. Great device

Works great
Plugged it in. Windows 10 easily recognized, and I was away. Quick and no issues. But I'm going to loose the clear cap cover, I just know it, but whatever, it's not needed.

Works great, No Issues
Works exactly as advertised. Speeds are pretty good too which is nice. Housing feels cheap, but with care it should last a long time.

PC Okay but Stay Away with Mac
I see this card reader has many good reviews and it does work with my PC. However, when I plugged into my Mac to open the photos from my camera, they were lost and the card required reformatting. So, from my experience, I say go ahead with PC, especially for the price, but steer cleer with Mac. In all cases, don't plug in important data on the first try.

Inexpensive SD/XD/microSD card reader at USB 3.0 speeds
This was tested with one microSD card and read and wrote at the cards maximum speed. (BTW, with the microSD card mounted in a micro-to-SD adapter, write speed fell drastically - not due to the card reader, but due to the addition of the third-party adapter.)Use caution: there's no label to show which way to insert the cards, and the full-size card slot is upside-down relative t the micro. Insert carefully, or fine contacts could be damaged!
