Busted it changing spark plugs.......
Broke this brittle plastic fitting when changing spark plugs and plug wires. Sinking feeling, snap, gurgle, gurgle.I had to remove the fitting to the right of this one in order to remove the broken fitting. Some here say to replace that one also, since it is equally brittle plastic. Good advice, I do not disagree with them, however, in my case I only replaced the broken one. In the pic you will see a clamp on the heater hose, this is due to the end of that hose having a metal fitting on it, (that needs a new plastic adapter) (you will see it) you can buy a new hose and mess around with all that or just cut the metal 'pressed on fitting' and clamp the hose to the fitting. Do that first then connect the left side smaller hose and then push on the main line headed into the firewall. Easy. No Leaks. Check your radiator fluid (caution, not when hot) as you may lose a bit during this replacement process.Go to youtube and evaluate your skill level vs. this job. This thing cost like $9 bucks, give it a try before you pay a shop $150 to replace it.

Potentially messy install. Perfect fit.
Replaced this tee along with the other one on my wife's 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali had developed a slow drip from one of the seals. Not the easiest part to replace, but should only take 30-45 minutes for both if you are prepared. Just have something to pinch the lines and something to catch the coolant that will still leak out of the system. If you do each tee on it's own with pinched lines you can minimize the coolant loss. After looking at other reviews, I rushed into the replacement and broke off the tabs holding the main hose from the thermostat/water pump. This was not a good idea as the larger of the hose connectors could have been reconnected. To quicken the installation, the tabs should only be broken on the smaller branch that goes down to the aluminum lines for the rear heater.

Fits 2005 Suburban 5.3
I just wrote a review on the other heater hose connector and will say the same thing here, if you are looking at this, you probably just discovered how brittle these become over time. Do yourself a favor and buy BOTH (this one and the Dorman 800-413CD if you have the same vehicle as me) connectors at the same time. I only bought this one, and when I was trying to connect it, I broke the other one. Trust me, the other one is going to be just as brittle as this one so you might as well doo it too. These were a perfect fit for way less than the OEM parts.

Great product
I had a leak in my coolant line and I tracked it down. I was so relieved it was not the core. The leak was not terrible. I live out in the boonies and it was easier to order the part I needed off Amazon than tracking into town to track one down. The part came pretty quick. Well packaged. Seems to be built with quality materials. It was very easy to install. The price was definitely cheaper that what brick and mortar stores were charging.

Same fit and quality as OEM
I replaced the heater hoses on a 2012 Suburban and at the same time, I replaced the two three way fittings which connect to the heater core at the firewall. The black one pictured here is the outlet side and the other white fitting is the input side.Heater hoses usually break at the quick connect coupler, so installing new three way fittings that connect you hoses to the actually heater core should be considered essential, consider it cheap insurance. If you are in fact replacing your heater hoses consider replacing your upper and lower also at the same time. A Suburban will take 3 gallons of 50/50 Dexcool if you drain the system to replace all hoses.

Perfect fit for GM SUVs 2002-2014
This is the second time we've replaced this now so I'm getting an extra one to keep on hand for next time it goes...it seems to be a result of plastic in a high heat environment under the hood and running coolant through it. Add to that we're here in desert southwest where temps get pretty hot and its no surprise we end up replacing these every 3-5 years. This is a perfect replacement for the factory part and seems to be just as good in every way.
