No buckle guard on the belt. It is a piece of leather that is placed underneath the buckle to prevent the wearer's clothes from getting stuck in the buckle. It also prevents stretch marks on the body when lifting heavy.3. More color options like Red, White and/or Blue would surely increase sales and revenue.Cons mentioned above do NOT affect the durability of the belt and thus the belt deserves an absolute 5 stars, without any doubt.Again, belt is of outstanding quality that demonstrates superior craftsmanship.ADVICE TO SELLER1. Include more color options in future editions. Add White, Blue or Red color options, that would increase sales.2. Include a leather buckle guard on the belt to prevent the clothes from being caught up on the buckle3. Remove the SS logo on the belt, just the name on the belt loop is enough. The logo looks nasty.

So I’m not new to fitness and working out but I am new to power lifting. My back ground is 6 years army and 8 years of fitness ranging from weight lifting to half marathon running. I’ve recently been working on power lifting nothing better then lifting really heavy weights. This is the first power style belt I’ve used and it’s great for the price. I use it for squats and dead lift. My squats range from mid 200’s for rep to around 315-355 singles. Deadlift I do 405 for reps and 465-495 singles depending on how I’m feeling. Now I don’t use a belt until I get above 315 but this really help once I’m at that point. Break in was easy single Prong is easy to get on and off. I’m 220lbs and wear a large which fits great roughly about middle of the belt holes so I have room to grow and shrink. If you are new to lifting and want a quality belt without spending a ton I’d recommend it.

I have been working out for a long time but however, this is my first “real” powerlifting belt. I came across this belt after hours of searching on Amazon. After reading a couple of reviews about this belt, I was convinced my search was over. The belt arrived in the afternoon on time, I used it right away that evening. I couldn’t be any happier with this belt. Some observations: sturdy, great lumbar support, leather is slightly broken in and it feels soft and comfortable and the craftsmanship is high quality. Right away with my first use on Squat, I noticed that my core was really stable and that my lift was stronger than normal. I would say my Squat went up by at least 30 lbs. And for the first time I was able to do 275 lbs without pains on my lower back. I did 5x5, 275 lbs with ease and pain free. I was shocked and happy at the same time. Just wanted to say thank you to Steel Sweat for making high quality belts at a affordable price. Will definitely recommend this belt to my friends and everyone I know from the gym.

I just received my belt and I can only buckle it to the first hole. I have a 31" waist measured at my navel. I ordered the medium belt, it is too small. I will return it for the large.The belt quality is excellent. It is very heavy duty and should last a lifetime with the proper care.

Amazing look and i love the suade over the leather belt. Perfect fitting. Its hard to take off at times but that just because its new. I wear it around the house to work it in and i also do planks in it to practice holding it while bracing. Great quality belt.

I have never owned a weightlifting belt before but I have spent plenty of time in they gym lifting. This belt is a game changer. I have improved every week wearing this for heavier sets. My "gym bros" that I usually see lifting every day think I bought the right piece of equipment for my first and compare it to their own much more expensive belts. I love that it was pretty pliable out of the box. Very happy customer.

Great belt for the price. Wish it was a little more stiff but its just fine for where I am in my workouts now.
