I bought this to use with my iPad Pro 11 as the one supplied by Apple is tiny, flimsy and too short. First impressions are of a well made cable, with braided outside which I have found far more reliable (it's a bit like going back to the old cables of the 60s!), I also liked the strong reviews, the fact that it could fast charge (may be pressed into use on my Dell XPS13 so future-proofed). I also liked the robust looking plugs. This has worked flawlessly since I bought it a few months ago, and has a sturdy connection once inserted. Downside: Although great attention has been paid to the plug, the vulnerability (to any lead) is now where the cable emerges from the hard plastic collar of the plug. These have a tendency to become stressed due to bending back and forth. Also, the plug is very large, which is normally a plus, but it would not fit through the hole in my case, forcing me to take a craft knife to the case. Not a biggie, but you should be wary of this before buying if for use on devices with cases.

A good quality cable which is being used to charge my iPad.

This cable has been used, and abused and then some. Taken around the world, pulled, yanked on, kept at high tension and maximum length, coiled up and pulled on while on flights, and been plugged / removed for hundreds of cycles. The connectors themselves still look pristine and undamaged. The wire has now started fraying with the outer part damaged near the connector, but the inner insulation has turned out to be very thick and is still holding. This one was used and tested under less than caring circumstances unlike my other cables and this cable has taken the punishment well. I only used it at 45 watts, and it did this fine and didn't get hot. It feels too quality and is thick. The wires inside looked thick enough to handle such wattage. These is a saying, buy cheap buy twice. This cable was worth the extra money spent. i might replace it soon and delegate this one to a permanent desk role where the frayed end won't be abused anymore! Had this been shown more care, you'd get a long time out of this wire.

I bought this cable for my Oculus (now meta) Quest 2, as the included cable was nowhere near long enough to charge the device while using it. So of course I had to upgrade. The Quest 2 includes a fast charging usb c brick so the usb c to usb c cable is perfect. It has very good length and braided quality, and seems to charge the headset quite quickly. Pros: Good quality braided cable Good value Somewhat flexible at both ends of the cable. Fast charging Cons: Braiding fraying at ends I recommend this as it is something everybody needs and is a very good standard of cable! :)
