Great time saving tool for production work
Great and reliable stapler for your basic wires, 10-12-14g (I have not tried to use it on thicker wire). This saves so much time and elbow grease from the old method of hand banging staples. With one wire being secured it will have some movement which is fine and still meets code. If needed you can always take a hammer and drive the staple down a bit further if you want to eliminate any movement though the staples are finer than regular staples (kind of like collated framing nails act a little softer than regular hand driven pennys). When stapling 2 wires, the movement is far less or eliminated altogether. The tool size is fine and easily fits between 16" OC framing. This tool takes your standard 20v battery and I can staple all day on a smaller battery without issue. A design feature to note is a metal piece between the two outer wire boundary guides that requires a wire to push it up further to release a staple, so if you don't get a good connection to a wire or are trying to dry fire it will not work unless you manually push that middle piece up. This is likely a safety feature for the wires you staple. The tool is light which makes going up on ladders and stapling on trusses pretty easy. At times I was looking for a rafter hook, but the little hook it comes with hangs fine on my belt/pants. It fits two racks of staples which are cheap and readily available. My only regret is that I didn't purchase this earlier. It's saved so much time and effort and really makes residential production work much faster. I highly recommend.

Game changer
I should have bought one of these months ago when we started re-wiring this building. My best friend comes from a family of contractors and electricians, so when we needed to fix the wiring in our new shop, it was determined that most needed replaced to be correct to code.Swinging a hammer all day above my head really takes its toll on my shoulders. This stapler might be heavier than a hammer, but its no impact. The guide makes it simple, and the light is handy too. Not too loud either, and while its not the fastest thing, it sure is faster than me swinging a hammer and folding over staples, ripping one out, putting another in... etc.Staples are a bit hard to find, you can order them from Home Despot (in about 4 days), my local stores didnt have any and amazon was 3 weeks for delivery. Thats the only downside... its not a very common staple.TL;DR - game changer for a project, and well worth the cost of admission. Order staples online from the big orange box store.

Great tool
Somewhat expensive, but works will. I hate nailing overhead, this tool makes it effortless.

NOT for Low Voltage cables..
I am a big fan of Dewalt and all of my electrical tools are Dewalt. That said, this is a great tool, for LINE VOLTAGE ONLY. Don't try this on Low Voltage cables because it will not work. In the center where the staple ejects is a bar which needs to compress in order for the gun to fire. Problem is this bar doesn't go all the way across and creates a space left and right of it which the Low Voltage cable falls right into, and the gun won't fire. A 12/2 romex easily triggers the gun. A Cat5 Data falls in this space and nothing happens. If this stapler was designed strictly for Romex, which it clearly is, then it should be noted. It may be, but I didn't see it. As a Low Voltage technician, working on electrical prewires, this gun is worthless to me. I will give it to a Line Voltage technician.

Don’t buy
Doesn’t staple that great. Not happy after using the Milwaukee stapler. Thought dewalt got it together but failed.
