Q: Can these be used in the shower?

No. I used it in the shower and it never worked again. Far from waterproof. It wasn’t submerged in water either, just residual from water dripping in my back. Don’t buy, waste of money

Q: Is it supposed to blink the whole time it’s charging? I held the power button down to turn off and it won’t.

Yes it blinks whilst charging. It’s a waterproof design, so therefore a safety feature is it won’t turn on with the power lead attached.

Q: Is it not a mute option?

No mute option but its pretty quiet cmpared to nost other brands

Q: How u changed the batteries ?

It comes with a charger babe. There’s a charging part on the bottom of wand! Enjoy!

Same as sold at Costco

This is exactly the same product you’ll find at Costco. It’s a good product same ingredients as the prescription. It is a couple dollars more on Amazon, but you save that in the gas it would take to drive to Costco making it a good buy!
