Great product and system!
Bought a lot of this product to crest a drain in front of my 3 car garage as the rain was always getting under the door. My driveway is brick. This product is great, and easy to install. With the various pieces it is flexible to create the right fit in front of an odd shaped front garage area. I definitely recommend!

ups and downs
I have 30 feet of Source One drains with the galvanized grates and 20 feet of the equivalent product from U.S. Trench Drain. All are in gravel, because they're in low-traffic pedestrian areas. I prefer the Source One in most respects: the inlet and cap are much higher quality than the other brand, and the pieces lock into line with one another, whereas the U.S. Trench Drains don't and so look sloppy if not concreted in or nailed down. The U.S. Trench Drain has thicker-walled plastic, on the other hand. Grates are more reliable to remove and resecure on the Source One. Some of them on the U.S. Trench Drain are never going to click back into place. The Source One quad connector, on the other hand, is crap. It doesn't lock into place, but simply sits in the female groove loosely, which is more of a problem because the piece is so light. The channel is quite flimsy, too. It is not toolless assembly, but instead has two screws securing the grate (I put them in my pocket, bent over to work on the drain, and lost the screws). There's also no way to secure the inlet or end cap to the male ends of the quad connector. Because the female ends are opposite one another and the female ends on the regular channel segments are downstream, I had to buy two quad connectors, linking them together to turn the male side opening into female in order to secure the inlet (then, with the next downstream piece, it's now female on the upstream end, which will leak).Neither of the brands does a good job connecting to corugated drain pipe coming from my downspouts, which is my use for the drains. I tried a heat gun, but still couldn't get the pipe to go on or in the inlet on either brand without slitting the pipe, which creates a big gap on the Source One, in particular. I'll have to glue the quad connector onto the other pieces and then nail it into the ground.
