Zen Garden with Sand and Rocks for your Desk to Table Review: WORST desertcart EXPERIENCE EVER ... This sells shabby products and asks customer to pay shipping on returned damaged items. - This product was sent to me broken in half! The seller claimed that it was shipped in wrapped in cellophane, but it WAS NOT. The outer box was sealed with one piece of shipping tape and scotch tape. The inner box was opened on both sides, and looked as if the item was previously used. Now they want me to return it and pay for shipping again! Why am I being asked to pay shipping when the package came damaged through no fault of my own? This is a total rip-off, and I should be entitled to my entire refund. Paying shipping both ways means I would, in essence,be paying 2x what the product is worth. The shipping ... RIPOFF ... cost more than the item. I will not pay for the shipping twice; meaning i'd be paying $22.88 for a supposed $8 item. If this is the "customer service" that this company is standing by then not only will I report this in this feedback section; but on any other site which this company advertises online which allows customer feedback. This is the WORST desertcart experience that I have ever had, and has made me loose a bit of faith in the desertcart "Garauntee"!
