Silica with Calcium 90 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I use this brand os silica because of the potency and added calcium. I take silica as a preventative homeopathic remedy for an ongoing cyst problem, without it the cyst comes back, so I appreciate the consistency of the product. I do not notice a difference in my hair, but my nails are definitely stronger.

this is the pill form of the liquid silica gel I usually use; I was looking for a pill form to take at night just before sleep, and here it is, thank God.Silica gel has been helping me with my many issues, like tendonitis, joint issues, shoulder problems, etc etc (need I go on?).I highly recommend you read klaus Kaufmann's book on Silica Gel; it convinced me years ago to start taking it.

Natureworks Body Essential Silica ~ 90 Caps, 2 pack is the most economical way to purchase this product. I was advised to take this product by my MD to stop my fingernails from splitting and my hair from thinning. That was over ten years ago and I have stopped it several times but find my fingernails weaken and my hair starts to come out, so I return to taking Silica caps and I am pleased that the symptoms disappear.

I could tell there was a difference in the growth of my nails and my hair is slightly thicker. It has not yet been a month but I will continue to take the silica and see what else happens.

I have used this off and on throughout 3 decades. Whenever I want my hair to grow quicker than normal and/or my nails to grow harder and longer I always use this. I have thin hair and horrible papery nails with ridges. The liquid formula works even quicker but I am adverse to taking liquids. Don't be fooled by the silica made from horse tail, it is not the same and doesn't work like this silica that comes from minerals. This product really DOES work!
