Great for numb feet and pain in upper arms
I love this device. For the past 3 years I used another device for my numb feet. It worked well, but after 3 years the battery went dead and couldn't be replaced. It cost twice as much as his item, but didn't have the features this one does. This device allows you to adjust the intensity as well as the mode of the electric charge. I have been using it in the living room when I first wake up. I put my feet on the foot pads, attach the two pads to my right upper arm and then set the intensity for each. The arms seem to need more than the feet. Once the mode is set, it stays the same for the feet and the arm. The timer is set for twenty-five minutes and can't be changed. So after it times out, I run it for an additional 25 minutes. After it times out again, I switch the pads to the left arm and go for another 25 minutes. I usually lower the intensity for the feet at this time, because they don't seem to do well with the additional time.

Pain Relief
I used the unit for 5 days just to decide if I should keep its. Used 3 times per day for 25 minutes each time. The Neuropathy in my feet seems to have eased up, I have had Nerve Decompression surgery in the past with some relief. This unit has allowed me to sleep for the last 2 nights with no pain or tingling in my feet. Great product, I will keep using as directed to see how much better I feel.

Do not buy
The item itself didn’t work properly no kind of movement decided to return the item dropped of at ups for a return with the code the provided yet it has been over a month no refund no updates so I let go $200 $ to waste but I’m still trying to figure out a way to make a report on my money .

First one failed, but it was replaced immediately, and new one works great
The first one that we received failed after only a few minutes of use. However, amazon immediately sent us a replacement. The replacement works great. My wife uses it daily, and likes the results.

Effective and easy to use!
I bought this item because my husband had a stroke, his walking was affected due to that. This product has helped him with his nerves, I see great improvement with his walking. He is very happy with this product, thank you!

Works just don't throw away the instructions
Very lightweight, almost appears at first like it will not work just take the time and patience to read the instructions on how it all works and feel and find what works for you. You can adjust the settings at anytime during the 25 minute session or choose to do a little while longer just keep referring to the manual and listen to your body

Buyer Beware
Not sure the product worked as advertised. My 73 year old mother had difficulty setting it which had to be done every use.

Customer Service is outstanding. Nothing to lose trying this device.
There is absolutely nothing to lose trying this device. Although in my case, the device was unable to help with circulation and ankle swelling, customer service is amazing and thorough. The return period for Amazon expired but Customer Service jumped right in and refunded my costs. There is nothing to lose trying out this item. It may work well for others.
