Is this unit powerful enough to inflate a 20 inch tractor/trailer tire to 110 PSI?

tank cut off pressure is 200 psi.It comes back on when tank drops to 150 psi...so yes-it will fill the 20 incher.I would get a clip on chuck because it would take a few minutes.you can set the regulator to deliver 110 psi-so no worries of overinflation.

How do you turn it on if the switch is broken?

Hi Lenora...sorry...I also MISREAD the question thinking it said how do I turn it OFF... must still be sleepy. I would think a small engine repair place would be able to replace the switch. Shame to not be able to use it.
