I recently visited a Sweat Test Center, but had already been using this product since last summer. The taste isn't overwhelming like many others, and when you combine it with a 1500 MG preload you are set for most road races.Although a few bucks more than some competitors, the difference really comes from the vendor support. Being that they are a small company, Precision Hydration is just an email away should you have any questions about optimizing your hydration plan.Highly recommended, and would encourage a sweat test if you have a facility in the area. Given the amount of money we spend on wheels, etc - its a small investment.

The Precision Hydration Electrolyte Mixes have really helped me to dial in proper hydration on a day to day basis. Most of my training and competition is in or around the ocean and often it can be difficult to know if I am having hydration issues - usually I don’t notice until it is too late and the cramping and headaches begin. Because of the different strengths available, I can use the 500 on a daily basis and then switch to something stronger if the day is a really tough one or if it is exceptionally hot. With other hydration products, I just didn’t have this flexibility.All of the mixes have a moderate taste that I enjoy. They are not overwhelming and have never caused any stomach discomfort. They mix quickly and it is easy to throw a variety of pouches into my workout or race bag so that I will have whatever I need.This is an excellent product.

I drink the 1500 the night before a ride, along with a 1000 pack in my bottle the day-of, and have been able to eliminate cramping - both on the ride as well as later in the night.

Our local marathon had PRecision Hydration on course and a speaker come to talk about the product so I decided to try it. I really like the lightness of the product without the big sweetness of a Gatorade or other product. The taste is very pleasant and I can feel a different in hydration when running in the Texas heat.

For me, definitely helped solve the cramping issues I was having. The taste is subtle and light and I appreciate the different formulations.

So I gave PH a try based on a recommendation of a friend while training for the Leadville 100 mountain bike race. Skeptical at first but man it works and works great! I used the PH 500 during normal training days and always had one bottle of PH500 on my bike during the race. No cramps, no GI issues, seems like I have found my go to hydration solution. Felt great during and after the group ride. Pulled the entire way back against the wind and still felt good enough for the last sprint. Just buy them.

Great price. Great product. Play tennis for 3 hour at a time and before this product would feel cramps. Highly recommend
