My review is truthful.I've had a Timex IronMan watch since 1990 when I was in the Marine Corps. But, after trying this product, I don't think I will be going back to an IronMan watch anymore. Being able to see my heart rate and blood pressure at any moment is so neat! I have also learned that I walk an average of 4 miles a day at work. I had often wondered.That said, this is the first fitness tracking watch that I have owned. I don't know how this compares to others. The battery lasts about a week, then you plug it into a USB port to recharge. When you flick your wrist up, the display automatically knows to turn on. By rubbing your finger across the sensor pad on the face of the device, you are able to scroll from the starting Date and Time to the several other functions like steps walked, heart rate, blood pressure, and fitness. (I haven't used fitness - I weight train at the gym, and I'm not really sure what I'd do with it)I am not sure about the accuracy of the sleep tracker; I don't really use it. I also cannot comment on the accuracy of the device, as I have not had anything tested using other equipment at the same time.Do I recommend it? I think so. I've never owned any others, so I don't know if it is lacking in features that others have. The device is rather small, and I'd like to think that a bigger device would be more encompassing for more of my hard earned money. She really likes it. It's pretty basic. I wish the app would connect her tablet to her watch, because she doesn't have a cell phone yet. When she does get one, she will be able to see her progress and see when someone is calling her phone, but you don't get SMS text alerts. That's one thing I'd like to have. But overall, for this price, this is a good fitness tracker. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleased with this one *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019* This one is much better than the other one I bought. Pleased with it for the price I paid. I works. I am finally getting the hang of recharging it. First time I recharged it and couldn't figure out how to get the time to change then finally figured out I had to resync :-) all good.
