Jurassic Sand Play Sand, Natural Red, 50 lb Bag

The sand is great, rather pricey but so much better than bags of sand from the hardware store. My complaint is the way it is sent. It is placed inside white glad bag plastic drawstring garbage bag. Mine had a hole in it so right off the bat I lost sand on the ground before reaching the sandbox. For the price of this "special" sand I would think it would be packaged better. On the positive side it is great fine sand.

We use this sand exclusively in our preschool. The color is wonderful and it isn't dusty like regular playground sand. It holds water like regular sand and molds well. When it dries out, it is back to the perfect condition. We are replacing our first purchase, which lasted 10 years! The old sand finally got too dirty, being mixed with things that couldn't be sifted out. We also lost a lot over the years on the floor.Buy this Sand!

This sand is easy to clean up and fun to play with for adults and children. I use it in my therapy sand tray when doing therapy with kids and adults. I have experienced it making some dust.

As always my favorite sand. Not only is it a place to contain the metaphor of therapy but a texture and coolness that is calming and regulating of emotion.

Did a lot of checking before we got this sand and we are very very happy with it. No dust...Natural and cool looking sand!

It was as described. Only if I could just make my son keep it in the sandbox! It is a bit pricey.

This is good stuff. It's not moldable but it is very fine and kids love to move it from container to container. It funnels great!

The sand feels amazing. My toddler was thrilled with this sand. Smooth pour. Beautiful color.
