Well worth the money for 2 lights -- Quality appears to be outstanding
I was a little skeptical when I saw all reviews were 5-stars, but after getting the units and making some measurements, I’m convinced these units are worthy of a 5-Star rating. What I liked:-Bright 600 lumen spot-light-Came with the battery installed-Solar panel has tempered glass, not plastic (although rim around glass is plastic)-Solar panel provides 6 Watts of energy-Has motion mode, on-at-night mode, and OFF modeI used a multi-meter to measure the solar cell output (7+ volts open load). I expect it will generate 6 volts at 1 Amp (6 Watts) during bright sunlight, which should charge a 5,200 mAh battery in slightly over 5 hours. Even during overcast days, the battery should get plenty of charge from the solar cell. The instruction manual states the unit requires a single 3.7V, 2200mAh 18650 Lithium battery but both units operated brightly when I turned them on, so obviously a battery is installed. I can’t validate whether the battery is 2200mAh (like in the manual) or 5200mAh (like stated on the website). I did not want to open the unit so I’m hoping that the 5200mAh battery is installed since the capability of the 5200mAh battery is much greater. I’ll update this review after the seller responds to a message I sent.BOTTOMLINE: This is a great value for 2 solar motion-sensor spotlights!!! I can’t wait to do some testing once the batteries are fully charged and I get to test out the motion-detecting range and operating hours when the unit is on all night.

Great value in solar
Great little light, installed in less than 15 minutes plenty of cord for solar panel. Tested with the pets and detector picks them up just fine . Installed one on the shed and the other on the corner of the yard. Only complaint is the directions are rather vague and almost incorrect (I) (II) . Also they state it is 3 Watts not 10 watts . The motion detector has no options for sensitivity or time on. But it does the trick!

You light up my life
This is my second set of cob solar lights I have purchased. The first set I purchased for a friend of mine who is a single older gal on your husband passed away. She wanted some extra lighting outside for safety. I'm so impressed with the lights that I bought myself a set.I live in a neighborhood that has always been safe but lately, we have had a tremendous amount of homeless folks moving into the neighborhood and camping out along the freeways and bike paths. With them, they are bringing a lot of theft, vandalism and unrest in the area.I installed the security lights in front of my driveway and in back of my house along with security cameras. I feel more comfortable when I can walk outside and a light turns on to brighten up the area.Something that I like about these lights is the fact that they are not overly bright. They have just the perfect amount of light, not super brightwhere you have to hold your hand over your eyes to see. They are a perfect brightness and comfortable on the eyes. The fact that these lights are solar powered is wonderful. I like how they turn on when you walk by and turn off after about 30 seconds. You can also set them so they tuen on full brightness when they detect motion and then turn down to a nice dim night-light. Or you can simply adjust it so it turns on a bright light when it detects motion and then shuts off after 30 seconds.I do enjoy how simple the lights are to operate. You don't have to mess around with timers or wiring. You simply Mount the solar panel and the light then plug it into the solar panel and that's all you have to do. Completely maintenance-free.This is an amazing value. You get two lights and two solar panels for a fraction of the cost of one solar light anywhere else.

One works poorly, the other stopped completely after a week
Easy to install, pretty obvious what to do. They already had a charge, but they got a good dose of sunshine before the first night- and both worked great. Both are in the blasting Tx sun all day for a week... and the sensors start to fade, not responding unless I do jumping jacks... and one just stops completely. I unplugged it from the solar cell and it immediately lit up, so it's full of juice. It seems the sensor function just died. The other is still going, albeit a slaggy reaction time. Barely senses anything now.Too bad, these looked good at first, I like the warm light. But Alas, they conform to the low-quality mediocrity of cheap stuff.

It works, with shortcomings
I'm using it to provide inside light for a garage. It works but be aware of the following:- Product will not turn on if the light sensor indicates sufficient light. The problem is the light sensor is on the solar panel, not the light and motion sensor. This means no matter how dark it is INSIDE the garage, as long as the solar sees light it will not turn on.- I wanted to run the wire from outside to in and hide it in the base. To do this I had to drill a hole in the solar panel base big enough to accept the plug to the light.- it would be nice if both sides of the cable had plugs. As it is, the solar side is hard wired.- The solar panel mounting allows 2 axis tilting, and it can be swiveled. Would be better if there was a ball socket mount allowing 3 dimension adjustments.

Just like wired flood lights
Wow these are great! They light up just like my wired lights with the same adjustable motion sensors. I've mounted these out by the carport where there's no electricity. It's so nice to have light out there! I especially like that they are solar powered, and that the solar panel has a long cord so I can position the panel wherever I want. I'll have to wait and see on the longevity, but the materials feel solid so I'm expecting these to last. Also, the battery can be replaced so the unit does not have to be tossed once the battery is used up. To be fair, the first two that I received, one did not work. But Amazon shipped a new set right away, and both of those worked. I will be buying more.
