Excellent product
I mix one package of Extreme Hydro-X (lemon-lime) with one larger package of VITALYTE (lemon). Two scoops of the mix has stopped all calf muscle and other cramps whether I'm running a 5k, hiking a 14er, or just doing a hard workout routine at Planet Fitness. I like that the mix dissolves completely in a 1,000ml water bottle and there's no strong taste. Just a hint of lemon. Do a little research and you'll see the benefits of both of these great hydration products.

Maybe the effects are better than the flavor...
It's been a couple of years since I bought this because they had changed their formula. It just didn't taste as good as it had used to. I was hoping with the good reviews that they had changed it back but, unfortunately, they haven't. I'll keep drinking it a few days to see if I feel different at least and update accordingly but as of now, I definitely drink my water faster without it.I updated my 2 stars to 1 star because I always have undissolved product at the bottom of my water bottle, yuck and I always feel a little queasy after I drink it, empty stomach or full. I don't think the effects are any better than drinking an electrolyte drink packet. If you're worried about missing the amino acids, pick up a bottle of amino acid supplement.

Effective hydration supplement without the sugar
This product out matches any hydration supplement for a few reasons. First, it contains no harmful artificial sweeteners like many other hydration supplements. Next, this product contains not only hydrating electrolytes but also lactate which is an extremely bioavailable energy source. Finally, this product is great for hydration and recovery.

Pure hydration, no extra sugar
There is way too much sugar in the big name hydration drinks and this eliminates that sugar. Pure hydration and that is all you need when you are training and racing.

Buy it, you wont be sorry,
Prior I was taking two different products that combined were similar to this. So instead, I added this being that it was two products in one and I have been sold on their other product Extreme Endurance for 2 years now. This product worked even better than the other two I was taking combined. It also saved me close to $10.00 a month. Easy on the stomach, tastes great and reduces lactic acid like no other. Take this with Extreme Endurance and you will see your performance raise to an even higher level.
