Great item!
I use them for making egg foo young. They work great! They keep them round and perfect. The eggs do not spread. It makes them just the right thickness. Removes easily. I will also use them for Eggs Benedict.

Perfect for the purpose
These were just what I needed to make crumpets. Have also used them for fried eggs. They release like a charm and clean up effortlessly.

Handy, easy, space-friendly.
Very handy. Requires no brains. I like the 4" size (many similar are 3"), and the depth (in case I want to add stuff like grilled chopped onions or meat, etc.

Great Concept But Poorly Executed. Pay Attention to the Fine Details.
I bought these egg rings and the Meidong 4" Non-Stick Metal egg rings (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08N61HK7H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to compare which product is better. I think the Meidong egg rings are much better. And here's why.1. The Meidong metal rings are fixed and create a firm contact with the pan.2. The Meidong metal rings hold eggs in whereas the Winkeyes Silicone rings did not. See photo where egg ran under the ring. I removed the rings after the eggs firmed up and you can see that nothing ran under the Meidong.3. The Meidong has a much longer handle with a top that is coated with silicone, is bigger to grab securely and stays upright in a secure manner. The Winkeyes handle is shorter (thus getter your hand closer to the heat), is only a thin metal post that can easily fall flat and not as easy to grab.4. The Meidong egg rings come with a basting brush.5. If you flip the Winkeyes so the narrower side sits on the pan then some food that runs under can end up in the lower lip/rim (see close up of white egg residue in rim). So you have to be more careful washing these than the Meidong rings. The only good selling point of the Winkeyes egg rings is that you get 6 of them. And they are individually wrapped...same as the Meidong egg rings. I can only give 3 stars mainly because most of the egg ran under the silicone ring. Made in China.

Great idea but warning...metal handle gets HOT!
This product is OK. So far it doesn't work 100 percent properly in the pans I usually use for my eggs and pancakes. Maybe the bottoms of the pans aren't totally flat like a griddle would be, so there is always some leakage of egg white outside of the ring. It's not a big deal since I do get most of the egg cooked in the circle. I guess I didn't notice any warning about the handle getting hot and because the ring is silicone, it never crossed my mind that the handle gets hot. So, the first time I used them I just picked one up by the handle when the egg was cooked and got a nasty burn on my thumb. I know better now to use a pot holder or a cloth when I pick them up out of the pan.
