I received the 3ft cable promptly, and it was a tad loose on the b plug but, a bit of GENTLE pressure on the metal sides via needle nose pliers ensured a good fit with an Apogee Quartet audio interface, to my USB A 2.0 side mini PC jack. Works as it should, as for durability the other reviews were accurate, it is a thicker pliable cable and for my use, fits the bill...

Making an edit: Moved up to 4 stars. My USB port died on my device this was being used for and that was the issue not the cable. It's working flawlessly after repair the device. I'd give 5 stars if it was more flexible. Was using to replace another cable that I had to use an adapter with for Mini USB. The other cable worked fine but wanted to do away with adapters. This cable fits loosely in all ports and is allowing 0 data transfer. I'm glad it was cheap as it avoids any real monetary loss. Won't buy any more from basics.

I picked this up for my external WD Hard Drive & I have to say it’s been working great so far. Easily connects my external hard drive to my PC. Good length. Instant charge. Seems to be durable. Wasn’t use. Good flexibility.
