I filled these with the green slime inner tube protector. After popping about five sets no joke I tried green slime in all three and I haven’t had to replace in years. I only had to get a second set because I bought a double BOB and needed both operational all the same time. Green slime available here on Amazon.

We have used other inner tubes, and they have not lasted as long as these. They go in about the same as any others, inflate the same, but they hold up really well. We put about 25 miles a week on our stroller and these last.
