A must buy!
Ed and Lorraine, such an interesting couple who had shared many of their cases that show a world many had and still are facing. The cases they had spoken of inside the book was very fascinating, a journey to venture and the education they provided as they discussed in understanding each definition of what people go through (even though many hasn't faced spirits and demoniac activity believing everything is a hoax). Yet, I believe because I have faced a few myself. As you read each case, it's light until it gets darker as innocent people suffer the paranormal activity. I even enjoyed how all the cases were explained after, allowing us to really understand what's been going on and why it happens. So many times, people who do encounter such a phenomenon can be lost and don't know how to stop it as it gets aggressive, and here, Ed and Lorraine will push all they can to help people be freed from these evil entities. I don't care what people say about them as they are doing now as soon as Lorraine past away. Those two worked very hard to save people's lives and they were one incredible couple that ever lived. May they both rest in peace and I thank them for sharing their experience with us and banishing the darkness from many victims. P.S. Cutest romantic couple they were :) I recommend this book where you could join the cases they'd dealt with and learning a valuable lesson when dealing with the dark world. This book deserves ten stars, not five.

Ghost Tracks
I enjoyed this book., it tells of the many interesting stories that this couple were called upon to help the many distressed by unusual happenings taking place around them.., not all spirit-unusual things are pleasant and more needs to be known to help those needing help to clear the happenings taking place in so many houses or places.., it shows that the right training is needed to solve the many puzzles these things bring.,.,sometimes reasons can be found and cleared bringing peace once more to the lives of those affected.

Great Book and a little scary
Interesting book. The Warrens are much braver than I am by far! Some of it was a bit hard to believe, but I am not in the position to question. I have seen Lorraine Warren on some television shows and see no reason to question her credibility. I learned a lot by reading this book.

A great read of real cases of possession.
Ed and Lorraine Warren's cases have become a staple among true horror reads. Real cases files of possession make for great reads and a must own for ones own private library. Plus, your order arrives before expected time frame. A must have for avid horror readers. Very satisfied.

Outstanding!
In a word.... "Outstanding"! The Warren's are a national treasure. And all the questions which a person might like to ask them (and were not completely answered to one's satisfaction inside that other outstanding book "The Demonologist" is answered inside this one. I have both the written copy, and the kindle edition (having enjoyed it that much)! And I have to say, for the first time ever in a review, that the Kindle Version of a book is as good as the paper copy! Even the photographs are interactive (at least on my Ipad Kindle App anyways). One just touches the photo for a second or two, and it expands and allows one to look more closely at it! How cool is that? This book has the answers to everything one would like to know about the Warrens careers, as well as cases (which have spanned over six decades). Only a handful of cases are actually covered, but those include Amityville etc.... And one cannot tell me (if your a fan of the movie, you haven't always wondered what the Lutz' had to actually say about the case after that horrible movie!)!Anyways, the book and kindle version purchased on Amazon.... And were both flawless. Very happy with my purchase, and hope to talk with Lorraine Warren some time in the future; to thank her for all her dedicated years of service.... Service which others might've passed up for an opportunity at fame and fortune.

What a nice read
I bought this book just to read about some real ghost hunts and found myself loving the real people that this book is about. The Warrens, the real ghost hunters, are amazing people. The book opens up with a little history about them and I was amazed to find out how they met and how they became involved with ghost hunting. If you love history and ghost stories, you will love this one.

Recommend to buy
General:I’ve read all of the Warren books, and what puts this up there in my top 2, is that it takes a similar angle to “The Demonologist”. It is set up similar to the previous mentioned book, in that it covers different topics and uses various case studies to help illustrate the points the Warrens make in their explanation of the paranormal. It’s well written, and easy to read. It’s interesting to note that Cheryl Wicks, tries to write in a similar style to Gerard Brittle. It can be argued that this isn’t the most original approach but at least it does create a coherent tone between the two. Making it feel as if Ghost Tracks is like catching up with old friends that you haven’t spoken to in a while. It also touches on some cases talked about in The Demonologist, but yet again manages to get away with it by looking at them from another angle, however this happens extremely sparingly. 90% of the cases in here are new. What is also does a bit differently I feel is that there is more balance within Ghost Tracks. Whereas The Demonologist (maybe it’s in the name) is focused much more heavily on negative entities/haunting, Ghost Tracks offers that but also dedicates a large chunk of its time talking about neutral hauntings.I got this book on kindle and paperback, and both were delivered very quickly (kindle obviously faster) and in excellent condition. The kindle version, is well formatted. Personally, Ghost Tracks is my second favourite, as I mentioned, because I enjoy the educational approach it shares with The Demonologist. Compared to the other Warren books, which are case files focusing on one particularly story. Note, this is clearly written from the worldview that the paranormal, ghosts, demons etc... exists and is out there. If you’re a hardcore skeptic and are looking for something that fits in with this mindset, then this book ain’t for you. Not saying you’ve got to take everything within this as gospel, but an open mind is essential to get the most out of it.Pros:1) well written and quality content.2) incredibly informative and subject is treated with respect.Cons:1) very similar to The Demonologist, so if you wanted something radically different or similar to the individual case files. This book doesn’t do that.2) suitable for beginners and intermediates, experts of the field might not learn loads.3) it’s a Warren’s book - if your not a fan of them (they are controversial in their field to some) then maybe this isn’t a book for you.
