Swiss Army knife of clamps
These clamps are a great addition to my small shop. I've used them for sanding, joinery, tapering, joining, glue ups and keep discovering new uses. The clamps stay attached to my workbench, precisely where they are used.Using them as a mobile vice on the side of my work table has saved me hours during assembly of furniture. They've also saved me money. With a bit of spare plywood I've upgraded my mobile workbench and built jigs from the Micro Jig website. I rarely use other clamps and plan to purchase more to use with my miter saw and drill press. The slightly higher price is worth every penny when considering the versatility, web based support for this system. and the savings from purchasing an expensive work table, joiner or tapering jig. Just a great product, well thought out, that simplifies woodworking.Lesson learned, insure you accurately cut your tracks. Take extra time to insure you center your dovetail track on the relief track. I also have to say that Micro Jigs router bit is the way to go. Cut a relief track and the Final Cut is simple.

work great
Using these on a rip jig I built for my tables awesome. They work great at holding boards secure while running them through the saw.

Way more expensive than it needs to be
This is extremely overpriced, however it does fulfill its intended purpose well. I've used the clamps in plywood, melamine with a particle board substrate, and solid softwoods so far, and they all work to a point. It's very easy to blow out in the particle board, which is to be expected, but if you use light pressure it will be fine. The plywood, poplar, and pine I've used them in hold much better. I used the accessories to make a stop block for my miter saw, and they are very hard to slide in the grooves. Tightening them down pulls the wedge up very high, and it gets stuck in the dovetail slot when you loosen it up, so you have to tap it down after. For the price, I think T-Track is a better permanent option. These are fantastic for jigs and other temporary solutions that you don't want to waste T-Track on. I modified some cheap clamps to fit the dovetail slots, much easier than you might think and it cost 1/3 or less the price of these clamps for the exact same function.

So awesome!
These are so awesome to work with. The system is substantially cheaper than T-tracks. I know…t-tracks don’t need to be replaced. Well…your bench top will. Might as well save money and route the dovetails for these clamps. They are simple to use and pretty awesome.Make sure you understand how your router works and have a sturdy guide or you may end up with tracks that you cannot use. I had a small hiccup where my router slid away from the guide. This caused the groove to be too wide to allow good clamping. Not a big deal, I just slide past it or don’t clamp in that area.
