This massage chair was pretty functional for its price level. Definitely a good upgrade from my 7-year old iJoy massage chair. I like the fact that it’s not heavy like those thousand dollars chair, yet provide sufficient force for its tasks. The customer service is prompt and helpful. One of the shoulder pockets was not filled with air. I called the number on the user manual and Mr. Morris Chou (from the Houston warehouse) helped me resolve the issue immediately. The air hose of the shoulder pocket was bent so the air couldn’t reach the pocket. Once I reconnected it with a good angle, it worked. So far I am happy with the product.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because one of the air tubes were not out to connect to and my husband had to take the back off and put it where it belonged so we could connect it. Also, it’s better if you have some meat on your bones Lol

I have had my chair for only a few months and the foot massager has stopped working.

I purchased this chair for my husband. The chair is so narrow he couldn’t even sit in it. Also states if you have osteoporosis you are not to use this chair. The massaging balls are so hard they could break bones!!

It is easy to use. Very relaxing but it doesn’t cater to your body- feels like when it leans back your arms barely reach half way of the slots and the neck massages the upper back part of your head

We just received our massage chair today. FedEx delivery man brought it to our back door, instead of the front 👍🏼. We are both Elderly and Disabled pretty much. We assembled the chair with in two hours. Pretty easy, instructions were great and informative. Everything works like a charm, looks great. My Friend has and very expensive massage chair, and it has nothing on this one, much easier on the body for sure. I can’t express how much I’m going to enjoy this massage chair, probably for the rest of my life. Deb V.

please tell me who to call to have this chair picked up. I can not take it apart or move it as it is too big.
