Easily adjustable for boots, shoes, or anything really.
I sometimes wear my wading boots to ride to my fishing spots and these easily adjust to any size making them extremely helpful in different shoes. Great purchase!

Rips in less than a day
I got these in need for my new fixie, and I started to learn to skid with straps with these and every time I did it I could feel a small rip (right out the package) I used these for about a 3 miles bike ride and started to use it down hill and felt a very loud rip, and I thought nothing of it and I couldn’t do anything about it because I was going really fast down a hill. I then get to flat and try to skid to stop in front of a light, and my whole strap rips off, I still have one strap although but having 2 is preferred, I won’t be surprised if the other one breaks tomorrow.

They get the job done!
These are very functional when it comes to "clipping in" to your flat pedals. Unfortunately, I've got a little fraying happening because of the friction against my thin metal pedals. For the price though, these are fantastic.

Really like these straps. I can actually climb the gnarly hills and perform emergency releases when necessary.

Don’t buy for anything but indoor training. And then, either ride with your normal shoes or spend the money on shoes and pedals. Your knees will thank you later …

Cheap
These are some cheap and flimsy nylon straps. They did not fit or could not be fitted to my bicycle, so I returned them.
