Amazon copy says 50 meters but the instruction booklet says 30 meters. It is easy to use and the sound quality is decent but between songs you can hear a bit of interference. That could be due to local issues. AN UPDATE: 1 year and 2 months after purchase one of the 2 units I purchased failed. Sound quality was never up to my standards. I have now purchased the Russound X1-TX8 transmitter and the X1-RX2 receiver. Sound quality is fantastic and there is no interference. I'm even able to receive music in my garage that has a steel roof and steel siding.

Product was delivered on time and in good condition. It works as described when in transmitter mode; I can't speak to its qualities when in receiver mode as I did not use this function. I didn't test it for absolute distance but it worked without any problems at a distance of about 45 feet through two thick (14") adobe walls. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a bit to long to find its speaker, hence four rather that five stars, but pehaps 'm being a bit too tough.

I found the Nolan transmitter was limited to distance contrary to the distance stated in the description of the product. I am trying to get music from my computer in my office on the front of my house to the deck on the back of my house through a UE Megaboom speaker. Once I move outside by more than a few feet, I lose the signal. This is rather disappointing.

It works well and provides the convenience of bluetooth capability for about 30, or 40 feet depending on obstructions. Product claims it works for 165 feet, but I could not get any where close to that distance, which is less convenient.

I was looking for a way to transmit TV audio via bluetooth to my Starkey hearing aids. The slight delay from relaying via bluetooth from the TRX to my hearing aid bluetooth receiver was annoying so I returned the TRX.

Not sure I had the right headphone or what but I messed with this and could not get it to work. I ordered another model the TAOTronics and that worked like a dream. This may have been defective. Good luck.

Very easy to set up. Transmitter was connected to a TV. The only slight annoyance is the delay time to the speaker. Sound is slightly behind the movements of the mouth of the person speaking. You need to mute TV to avoid "echo" effects. Wish it would transmit to more than one speaker.

I already have a Bluetooth receiver with excellent sound quality,but loses the signal too often.I wanted a more powerful unit.This unit has the power,but ,disappointing in the quality of sound
